I didn't come out the whole day, except for lunch and dinner. However, I didn't get to go back to my darling ship after dinner.
Darren had threatened to throw me over his shoulder if I continued trying to go back, but I didn't think he would.
Now I'm hanging here like Princess Fiona and watching Donkey - err, Sydney - walk behind. Whoops, I let the classics get to me.
Darren eventually let's me down in front of a familiar looking door. He and Sydney count to three before throwing the door open, shoving me in, and closing the door.
"What?" I mumble, staring at the door in total confusion.
I don't even turn around at the sound of someone walking up to me. "I take it you're the sane sibling?"
Michael chuckles as he loosely wraps his arms around me and rests his head on my shoulder. "Please, I'm the worst of the lot."
"Then you must be pretty crazy."
"That I am," he says, kissing my shoulder. "Anyway, while you're here, might as well pick up where we left off."
I turn around to face him and he pins me against the door. "Well?"
"I say that's a brilliant idea," I say with a grin.
With a devious smirk, Michael's hand leaves my body for a split second to lock the door. I could've sworn I heard giggling on the other side, but my attention is soon elsewhere.

"That's twice you've woken up to the sound of me banging my head."
I sit up and flap the extra long sleeves of Michael's shirt around. "Aw, you don't have to bang your head. I'm right here!"
Michael rolls his eyes at me, but abandons buttoning up his shirt to lean over and kiss me. I start to button it down for him. "You know, it's more fun if you do it the other way around," he says with a wink.
"I'm sure it is, but we both know this plot isn't going to keep itself from getting sold."
Michael sighs as he pulls away long enough to put his jacket on. He holds out the tie for me. "Can I get another kiss?"
I grin and take it from him, balancing on my knees as I tie it properly. He holds me up, his fingers twisting the ends of my hair. "Unfortunately, I'm so irresistible that if you were to kiss me now, you'd miss your meeting."
Michael sighs and pulls back, straightening his suit. "Well?"
I kiss him on the cheek anyway. "Go emit that powerful aura."
Michael laughs as he pulls the door open. "You are so odd, Mia the Martian."
I smile. "Yeah, but that's why you love me."
It's only after Sydney walks in a moment later and starts squealing that I realise Michael didn't deny anything I said.
"Mia Mia Mia Mia Mia Mia Mia Mia M-"
"What?"
Sydney takes a deep breath. "Okay, I have known my arse of a brother since I was born, and I have been watching girls leave since the beginning of time itself, and I have been watching him leave his own room. Trust me when I say this is a first."
"What's a first?" I ask, getting off and tying my hair in the mirror, liking the way Michael's shirt sits on me very much.
"The look on his face, Mia. The only time I've seen that look on his face was when Darren and I convinced our mother to buy him a car when he turned sixteen."
