people. are. mean. I cannot express that enough. people do not care if you've had a bad day they only care about getting what they need as fast and cheap as they can.
that being said not every customer you have will be a complete bitch. most of them will mumble something along the lines of 'have a good day' and that's that. but there are some that are just complete assholes.
