people. are. impatient. if they want something, they do not want to wait for it. but sometimes a store gets busy and people end up spending an extra couple of minutes in line. while this may not seem like the end of the world to you, it can put them in a horrible mood. don't let that effect your mood. because the more upset you get, the moodier they get. just put a smile on your face and apologize for the wait.
