Mackenzie's POV

Ross lay back down on the floor running his hands through his hair before I ran over and knelt down next to him. I continued crying so he gently wiped my tears away with his thumb.

His eyes kept closing and his breathing was slowing down

"Ross baby, stay with me, keep your eyes open" I said in between cries

He subtly nodded his head and pulled my face close to his

"I love you princess" he whispered

But then his eyes closed and his chest stopped moving

"Ross?" I cried gently shaking his body

"Ross... Ross, wake up" I said again but there was no response

"Baby, please don't leave me"

I checked for his pulse and I found it but it was weak, feeling like it would stop at any moment

I grabbed my phone and dialled 911

Server; hello, what's your emergency?

Me; ambulance please, my boyfriend, I think he's stopped breathing

Server; calm down sweetie, where are you?

Me; California mall; erm, block entrance B

Sever; we will be there as quickly as we can but in the meantime stay on the line and update me with any changes or if he wakes up okay

Me; okay just please hurry!

I crawled back over to him and rested his head in my lap, I started playing with his hair and tracing his facial features

I don't know what I'd do without him? he's my life now...

Soon enough a large crowd had formed around us until 2 paramedics ran towards us

"Hi sweetheart, what's his name?" One of them asked me as the other checked his breathing

"Ross, Ross Lynch, and I'm his girlfriend Mackenzie" I said

"Okay Mackenzie, can you tell me exactly what happened" she asked

I explained what happened with Brandon before they started checking his pupils and other things that I didn't really understand

"Hi Ross, I'm Sadie, can you hear me?" she asked him but once again their was no response

I got up and wandered to the nearest bench to clear my head

"Okay we need to get him to a hospital now!" I heard Sadie shout as she took him into the back of an ambulance

I ran in after them and locked my fingers with Ross's

"What's going on? Is he gonna be okay?" I asked frantically

"I'm afraid Ross may have gone into a severe coma but we aren't 100% sure so we have to get him to an intensive care unit asap" she explained

I felt tears start building up in my eyes so I leant over and kissed Ross on the forehead
