Blood, Tears.

I start to get really dizzy and my vision gets worse but I try to pack most of my shit. I can't think straight but I grab as many important things as I can think of. There's so much stuff I need but I thought I will grab it later. So I quietly go downstairs and grab my jacket. It took me three tries to grab it but I got it in the end.

I exit the house into the dark streets of the neighbourhood with some damaged ribs and a head that won't stop bleeding. I hold a tissue where I think the blood is coming from, trying to keep conscious.

I then, with my other hand, go into my pocket and take the piece of paper out that Luke had given me and read the address. It takes me a long time because I want to make sure I am reading it right. Once I've done that I take the tissue, that's now covered in a crapload of blood, off my head and throw it in the bin.

After that, I take my phone out and put the address into google maps. I have no money so I can't get a taxi, I have to walk. Turns out his house isn't that far from mine. Only a 10-minute walk. So I get on my way, stumbling in the street of demons that have been eating me up my whole life. Darkness surrounds me as I walk.

So after falling over five times and weakly getting up. I finally reach Lukes house. I knock on his door. I'm so weak I can hardly stand so my knock isn't that strong but I keep knocking as hard as I can.

Finally, someone opens the door I didn't see who it was because my world went black.

Luke's POV.

I finally finish my phone call with my Mother. She's really boring I must say. Like she goes on and on and on and on until you make a lie up saying you gotta go just to get her to shut the fuck up.

I then go downstairs to grab a drink and hear a light knocking sound at the door. Why would you knock that lightly? So I decide to ignore it, thinking it's my imagination and carry on doing what I'm doing. Just as I'm about to pick my drink up and take it upstairs I hear it again but a bit louder so I put my drink down and go over to the door, opening it.

I then see a beaten up, sad girl hardly alive and conscious at my doorstep and that girl is Cara. She passes out, I grab her just in time and see her bleeding out at the back of her
head.

"Shit!" What the fuck is wrong with the world she's such a nice person she doesn't fucking deserve any of this.

I grab my phone from my pocket and dial the usual number anyone would call in need of an emergency.

So all I have done so far is sit in this fucking waiting room for 2 hours staring at the same spot of paint, on this beige wall. Like what the fuck are they doing with her, it can't be that bad surely. I look over to a couple and a doctor, the woman in the couple is crying. She has probably lost someone close to her just like I'm going to do with Cara.

Although I haven't known her for a while I feel like I've known her for years, I feel like I'm slowly dying along with her. It hurts, a lot.

I mean, I don't believe in true love or love at first sight but soulmates as friends? That's possible. I don't know why nor have an explanation but I do know I have evidence.

Cara.

A doctor comes over to me and I start to panic. I honestly hope she's not dying or anything bad, please nothing bad, please. I stand up quickly.

"Is she okay!?" I ask quickly, I just want her to be okay.

"Sir how about we talk about this in my office." He says whilst motioning for me to follow him. All I want to know is if she's okay. Why is that so fucking hard to find out?

"Can't you just fucking tell me?" I ask getting pretty pissed off at the situation.

"It will be best to talk in my office sir." He replies.

"Fine," I say.

For fuck sake why is this damn process so long? So that's what we do. I follow the doctor into his office and sit down in the chair in front of him.

"So as we know Cara-" I interrupt him with his long ass conversation starter and try to get to the point.

"Is she okay or not," I ask.

"Well, sir. She's okay for the moment but we need to wait for a blood transfer to come through that matches her blood type as she has lost a lot of blood, she also has a lot of broken ribs which should heal over time. There isn't anything we can do with her ribs as they are in a really difficult place so we are unable to cast them, we have also stitched up her head wound." He explains to me.

I feel tears rise up in my eyes and I'm sitting here feeling hopeless.

"Okay. Can I see her?" I ask with a bit of hope left.

"Yes, you can. Let me take you to her room." He says whilst getting up and motioning me to follow.

So after a while of walking, I finally reach her room, running over to her right when I see her. She looks so emotionless and drained it's starting to hurt. She's hooked up to all these machines and stuff and a few tears escape my eyes.

I'm going to kill the bastard that hurt her like this...
