*Lunch time*
Hawk POV:
I'm sitting down at the table with Travis, Astoria, Joy and Ling Ling, but something seemed different. I brush off the thought, enjoying the peace and quiet, which lasted about 5 minuets till Rose walked in. All conversations stopped, all eyes on her. Rose just ignores everyone and sits at an empty table. To my left I could hear Astoria scoff and whisper something to Ling Ling. Ling Ling whispers back. As they silently nod to each other and smirk, then Astoria gets up and shouts, "Hey everyone, look! It's the loser emo," everyone laughs I just shake my head and stand up, "Astoria!? What are you doing? Rose is our friend.""No she isn't she is just a whiny emo loser who tries to be a hero but ultimately fails," Astoria replies back to me as she starts to laugh and tease rose some more. Everyone is so busy laughing and teasing her they don't notice the fire coming off of her. "Uhm Astoria...""Yeah Hawk?""Maybe you should tone it down a bit...""Why-" Astoria doesn't get a chance to finish, because Rose stands up and yells at the top of her lungs, "EVERYONE SHUT THE HELL UP!!" The whole cafeteria gets quiet as they finally notice her fumes of anger. "I HONESTLY CAN'T BELIEVE ALL OF YOU! YOUR PARENTS WOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW Y'ALL ARE ACTING! I HAVE HALF THE NERVE TO COME TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU TO SHUT YOU UP PERSONALLY!" She then notices Astoria and Ling Ling still whispering and laughing about her. I nudge Astoria to try to get her to stop, but she doesn't listen, it's really bad when Travis and Joy tell them too. "Why should we? She is just a pathetic loser who can't do anything right. Relying on us to save her time after time after time. She's also very ugly and dumb and such. I honestly don't now why we were friends with her, she is just a weakling and-" She doesn't get a chance to finish as I shut her up,"YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ASTORIA!" I begin as everyone turns their head to our table. "SHE IS NOT WEAK, EVERYDAY SHE TRAINS HARDER AND HARDER TO BECOME BETTER AND BETTER. ROSE WORKS HARDER THAN YOU EVER DO. AND ON TOP OF THAT ROSE IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN SCHOOL," At this ruby starts crying running out of the cafeteria with the rest of her team running after her. "FURTHERMORE, ROSE IS SWEET AND KIND. CARING AND LOYAL. SMART AND ALTHOUGH SHE CAN BE CLUMSY SHE IS VERY ELEGANT AND HAS THE BIGGEST HEART OF EVERYONE HERE. AND CAN MAKE EVERYONE SMILE, WHILE AL YOU DO IS BORE PEOPLE AND STUDY," As I finish, I see everyone staring at me with their mouths open and eyes wide. I finally realize what I said, as I start to blush a deep red. I look over at Rose and see her blushing a deep red and opening and closing her mouth like a fish. "Seems like you like her Hawk," Astoria says to me. "WELL MAYBE I DO!" I shut a hand over my mouth as I realize what I just said. Everyone was socked and quiet you could hear the crickets. Rose blushes even more looking more like a tomato. Suddenly Ling Ling speaks in her elegant sounding voice that sounds like she thinks she is the boss of everyone," How can you possibly love HER Hawk," she starts, emphasizing the word her. "Like Astoria said she's weak and a nobody. Ugly and dumb. Clumsy and worthless. A big disappointment to the Cinderella family-," Ling Ling didn't get a chance when suddenly Rose tackled her to the ground.
Nobody POV:
Sitting on top of her Rose landed blow after blow after blow on Ling Ling. Ling Ling pushed her off, wiping blood off her lip. As Rose fell on her back , Ling Ling took the chance to lunge at her, but missed as Rose rolled to the side and got up. Ling Ling got up off the floor and lunged at he again, Rose just sidestepped her and kicked her on the back as Ling Ling flew and crashed into the wall. Ling Ling got out and brought out a sword, "Let's finish this.""Gladly. Pumpkin Magic," Rose says as a pumpkin sword appears. "Pathetic, you have to use magic to summon one," Ling Ling says at their swords clash against one another. "Well at least I know my man likes me. And Travis likes you... oh wait, he is in love with Joy," Rose says smirking even though its's not true. Even though it isn't true, it's enough for Ling Ling to hesitate giving Rose the opportunity to get her on the ground. Ling Ling gets up with an angry look but before she can do anything Rose shouts, "PUMPKIN MAGIC!" As a huge pumpkin appears over Ling Ling, and before she can move it crashes on her with a SPLAT sound. Pumpkin goo and seeds oozing down her as everyone laughs and Rose smirks. She runs out the room crying while Joy and Astoria run after her. Travis just walks past Rose as Hawk walks to her and pulls her out to the garden area.
Hawk POV
"Rose... I can't believe you did that, I knew you could do it because you are strong," I say to her as I pull her in for a hug. With me being a bit taller, she was face first into my chest. I could feel her smile as she looks up at me. "Do you really mean it Hawk? I mean what Ling Ling and Astoria said are true. I am weak and ugly and as clumsy a baby fawn when it's just born-" I cut her off with my lips attaching to hers. I feel her eep as I wrap my arms around her waist, I feel her arms go around my neck as she runs her hands through my hair. "Wow just," she says to me as it starts to rain. We both look up then gaze into each others eyes, shrug and kiss again, savoring the moment. The rain making her look like an angel as the black dye washes away and her hair becomes blond again. I just smile against her lips and pull her closer to me.

I hope this chapter was good, I'm not really good with fight scenes or romance scenes but I'll try. Sorry for being away for so long like I said, I got busy. I'm going to update every Friday till this story is done, then maybe work on some other stories I am currently writing.
