heartbreak is like a car wreck

My first cat accident put me in a lot of physical pain that i am still feeling today. But nothing compares to my first heartbreak, because you can see a heartbreak coming sometimes just like a car before an accident but you can not stop it from happening. Afterwards you go numb for awhile not realizing what happened or why and then you start blaming yourself and have your first meltdown. The pain will start and you will get angry oh so angry because you feel like you allowed this to happen. Heartbreak. Its almost like you can feel your heart shatter in a million pieces. But nobody else can. So you smile. Tell everyone you'll be fine. But every night you cry wondering what you do not have that she does. "Why wasn't I enough." you'll say repeatedly. But darling you are the whole package but he just wanted a different delivery .
