Hey guys it's your author, Mylah, and I want to say that this book does have strong language, for those who don't read descriptions, and look if there's mature content. Yes, I know I'm 11, that doesn't give me the right to tell you that there will be anything bad in this book. For all I know in the future, there could be lemons/sex in this. It depends on how I write this. I'm not planning on it, but just so you're prepared for the future (of humans and monsters XD OK I'll stop) Hope you enjoy the first chapter :3 ⚠️

• Chara's P.O.V •

I ran away from home.

Why you ask?

Well it's a long story. I'll tell it to you since we have lots of time.

My parents... They weren't the best. Well, my mom was the best in the world. My dad... Not so much. He drank and got drunk with his friends.

All.

The.

Damn.

Time.

He would come home and abuse me and my mom. Things got pretty dark, but me and my mom stayed determined. Determined my dad could change.

Not a single thing changed about him. Sleep, get up, go to *ahem*, "work," then after work go straight to the bar, come home, abuse me and my mom, then sleep (he has his own room so he doesn't have to sleep with my mom), gets up in the middle of the night and pukes, then goes back to sleep again. Nothing changes. That is the routine. Well, for him at least.

One day I got sick of this and ran away. I know, now the questions are gonna come.

"Chara, your mom is probably getting abused right now! Why did you leave her to get abused?!"

I didn't, actually. I did leave when she was with my dad, but a day after, she got a new boyfriend. He is the bomb dot com. He treats my mother with respect. And here's the best part...

HE DOESN'T DO DRUGS!!

Score one for Chara and her mom. But I can feel the questions coming again.

"Chara, how did you know your mom got a new boyfriend??"

Simple.

Phone, DUHHH. The hell did you not kn- oh, I didn't tell you guys I had a phone. Whoops. Ehh, but that's not important. Wait. Shit, did I get off track? God dammit me.

BACK TO THE STORY!!

I ran away as far as I can. I didn't stop. Actually, ignore what I just said. I did stop a few times.

BUT!!

Anyway, I finally stopped at Mt. Ebott. What goes in doesn't come back out. Suddenly, I tripped over a root (GOD DAMMIT ROOT) and had fell into a giant hole. The fall was quite long but I fell on golden flowers.

I called out for help, but nobody came. I sat there crying, when I heard a voice.

"It sounded like it came from over here."

Right there, that voice, was the one who saved me.
