a/n I think I might start adding songs more frequently and qotd (: This song has nothing *really* to do with the story, it just reminded me of this title. Above is her outfit :x
After last nights occurrence, and remembering I had a loving boyfriend, I just *tried* to keep it in the back of my head. I had more important things to worry about, like how it's going to look whenever my step-father walks me into high school the first day, not really one of my top plans.
I quickly get up from my bed, and shoot Blake a text, feeling guilty about last night, and I need someone to help me cope with the first day. Blake already started his schooling five days ago.
Me: heyo how's it goin?
~Five minutes later~
Blakers: its ok, I'm headed 2 school rn, it's an hour ahead rn remember?
Me: O yah. hope you have a gud day, unlike me.. ;(
Blakers: O bbg, you're gonna b fine, everybody will luv you
Me: Yu think?
Blakers: I hope
Me: Ur bday is coming up in two weeks, i might come over (;
Blakers: Can't wait (;
And with that, I head off to my closet to get ready. I pick out a black jacket, because it's Virginia and honestly I don't know what to expect with the weather these days. I then put on a black tank top with high-waisted cut-off denim shorts, because the weather is more bipolar than me. I decide to at least put some accessories on, even though I hated them because of the first day. A gold necklace seemed to do the trick, so wall la, your basic Tumblr girl outfit achieved.
Looking at the clock, it's already 7:10, so I hurry up and decided to put my hair in a bun and very little makeup, because I'm not obsessed with it, like some girls my age..
I decide to check my phone for a little bit, then go downstairs where my mother and step-dad are. Pete decided to get all his work done yesterday so he could take me to school today, yay.. "You done yet?" Mother asks me from the other side of the table. "Almost," I call back, eating the rest of my doughnut. I finish up and grab my light blue Forever 21 schoolbag, and head outside where Pete went, in his car.
"You ready?" Pete asks me, turning on the car.
"Yep," I tell him, turning to the window and looking out. The neighborhood was actually really beautiful, especially with me in it, just kidding, maybe. As we turn around the block, I see the God, I mean dude, scrolling through his phone. Is it right that I'm wondering about him whenever I already got an *awesome* boyfriend. I don't know, but maybe we can become friends? I lose focus of him now, turning around the block and to the school.
When we turn towards the school, I'm baffled. The school is about as large as my father's first factory he worked in. It looks modern too. This looks like the perfect school, hopefully I'm right..
I hurry up and jump out, tell Pete goodbye, and run inside. The marble floors are so um boujee. I look around and then realize I look absolutely insane, looking around like and idiot, so I hurry up and walk to the gym, where we are suppose to meet before our classes. As I was walking I ran into someone, a girl who was, just like me, looking around at this huge building.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry," She apologizes. Turning around, looking at me.
"It's OK, I was doing the same thing, it's too big, I wonder where all the classes are," I reply.
"Ugh, I know right. My name's Jen, I'm new and I honestly think that this is wayyy too big aswell," Jen agrees.
"Maybe we have classes together," I blurt out. I really need friends here.
"Mhm, hopefully," She agrees.
I look at the clock on the wall, I got to go, I got to check in with the secretary. "I got to go, nice talking to you, hopefully I get to see you, here's my number," I say, giving her my number and quickly going off to the secretary.
As I get to the secretary's room, I realize that this must be where the doctor and Pete are located at too, because this is huge. I chat up with the secretary when all of the sudden, I hear someone else enter the room, I look behind me, and see him. The dude I think about all the time. He looked at me with surprise and then quickly his pupils got bigger. I was done with the secretary crap so I said, "Hey.." shyly.
"What's up," He responds coolly. He nervously patted the back of his hat.
"My name's Ella," I tell him, I don't know why, but I socially awkward did..
"I'm Jacob.." He responds, blushing.
"JACOB GET IN HERE," The doctor yells.
"I got to go, but I hope I see you soon," He tells me as he hurries off. He turns around and winks. I am immediately blush and run off, wondering what classes we might have together. If only we could have a future together too, but I have a boyfriend..
ugh that was really long, but I hope you like it, next chapter will b up by Friday, and what do y'all think of their convo? Also Jen seems purty cool! hmmm.. Who will she choose Jacob or Blakey :o
