POV

I looked at Caroline as she cried behind the register 'this might be my chance to escape'. I said in my mind "Caroline I have-" Xavier cut me off.

"She has a boyfriend..its me Xavier Rollins". I heard that name before and by the looks of it Caroline already know who he is. She turned white,her eyes widened like she saw something that no one saw before.

And she blinked once then twice and her whole state of person change like shes scared. I wonder why she's acting like this.

"Let me help you with that". She grabbed the clothes I had out of my hand like I was just some stranger but I'm not I'm her little sister.

I stared at her face trying to take it all in before I leave because I know Xavier gonna catch me and maybe Caroline is not gonna even help me because shes scared because that's the only emotion that showing on her face.

"Let's go". Xavier said with authority. He pulled me out of the store with the bag of clothes in his other hand and I felt myself crumbled down and tears started going down my face slowly. Xavier found a bench for us sit on and looked at me.

"Your not going anywhere you know that right? Your staying with me till someone kills me or I just die". He said simply.

What he said made me furious I stood up from the bench and try to run but I forgot I was tied to him so I fell on the ground backwards because I was tugged back by him and by the rope while the handcuffs dig into my left wrist painfully as I wince and breath in harshly.

I heard Xavier laugh "trying to run again I see?" He questioned but he already knew the answer to that. I'm so stupid I should had never try to run.. now Im gonna have more bruises on me or even worse killed by the man who taunts me.

"Give me your hand". He said and I gave him my right hand knowing if I gave him my left hand he's gonna put pressure on my already hurt wrist.

He tugged me up hard and I heard my shoulder pop when he did and my body slammed into his hard chest ..I tugged my arm out of his hold and wiggled it around to get that weird feeling out of my arm from being pop.

He hold me in place and whispered in my ear "I'm not gonna bruise you up today for what you did ima do something else". He whispered and stepped away but then he pulled my hair hard and crash my body to his again "By this punishment you would learn not to try to run away again". He let go of my hair and fixed it up and smiled down at me showing all his teeth "let's go". Still smiling he grabbed the bags and walk with me.

I know what he is now oh my God he is a fucking PSYCHOPATH he shows all the signs the mood changes the I wanna hurt you because it's great and now tying me up to him and pulling my hair.. And here's a new sign he's smiling showing all his pearly whites because he knows that I'm scared and he loves it so he is a psychopath.

But as I followed behind I think where I heard his name from I know who he is but it's like my mind don't want to remember.

I will just ask him later if we take a break.

~18 minutes later~

I'm done shopping I'm so tired and Xavier over here buying all my clothes that I fit and the shoes that I like while dragging me along...literly.

"I'm hungry". I said as I look at the foods we past buy while Xavier paying attention to the clothes all around us.

"Oh". Is all he said as he look for more clothes for me. But if he look at how much I'm carrying then he should probably stop because right now I have 5 bags in each hand and xavier only has two.

My stomach grumbled for the 109th time and I have had it with him I pulled him with all my might trying to head to the café that's in the mall but if y'all know me I got no mucels at all to pull this this this cow!

I sighed "Xavier I'm starving". I whine..staring down the café that is not to far from us. "Okay let's go". I sighed in relief and most likely ran to the café. A boy about my age looked me up and down and I think Xavier saw him do it because he put his arms around me and not in a gentle manner either because he most likely broke my ribs by crushing me to his side.

He went up to the boy behind the cash register and the boy gulped "w-what would like t-to order s-sir?". The boy stuttered 'I must sound like that when I stutter'. I said in my mind "Four doughnuts and two ice coffee with wipe cream on top". Xavier said grumply and the boy nodded "$5.50 is your total s-sir".

Xavier went into his pocket and pulled out a crumbled up ten dollar bill "keep the change.. You need it". Xavier said rudely while looking the boy up and down like he did to me and I rolled my eyes.

We found a booth close to the cash register and he put are hands on the table and I ask him the question that has been on my mind for awhile now.

"What you do for a living Xavier?". I asked wanting to know the answer he looked at me straight in my eyes "why?". He said unsurley. "Well I heard your name before and I just don't know why". When I said that he smirked. "You sure you want to know I think you gonna take a shit in your pants and cry to mommy". He said in a baby voice and I pointed at are tied hands and raised an eyebrow and he nodded.

"I'm the gang leader of the cali cartel".
