POV

I groan and cover my eyes from the sunlight that was shining through the damn window.

I let my eyes rest a bit and took my hands off my eyes and opened them.

I looked next to me and saw Xavier laying there peacefully. I rolled my eyes and grumbled as you can tell I am not a morning person I hate it when the sun shines through the window thinking everybody wanna see it's bright self.

'God I'm retarded' I said in my head ..I got out of bed and rub my face and groaned remembering me and Xavier have to pretend to be a couple and go to that stupid family gathering.

I walked to the bathroom and closed the door and look at myself in the mirror. A memory of my dad came into my head when he was laying there pale with his dark brown eyes open staring at me.

I really miss him. My dad died of leukemia and he didn't wanted the treatments the doctors prescribed for him.. he always hated when he felt weak and that if he is gonna die let him die.

And when he laid in the hospital bed and I crouch down right next to him holding his hand.. And he was ready to say his last words he turned his head to me looking at me in the eyes and somewhat smiled he said "t-turn that fr-frown upside down w-we don't need you t-to get w-wrinkles" He looked at me one last time and took one last breath and the line went flat and everything went really down hill from there.

And I still blamed myself till this day cause I should had made him take the treatments and not let him die I watched the nurses covered his body and turned to me and said "sorry for your lost".

I kept my face straight until I left the room and went out of the hospital sobbing and stumbling.

And my mom? not to be harsh but she don't deserve my love, or respect so Well she is a druggy and left me and my sister to fend for our selves and if she comes back I don't want to see that witch.

Tears went down my face but I wiped my face and turned on the water splashing water on my face and dried my face with the towel that was in there.

And brushed my teeth and act normal as possible pretending I just didn't cried. I opened the door and stopped in my tracks and looked up at Xavier standing there in his joggers that was just hanging there loosely on his hips.

"Good morning sweetheart we have a whole day of adventure today" he said with a bright fake smile.

my lips turn upwards and I stood on my tip-e-toes "I'm sorry to crush your gumballs but I'm not looking forward to this day with you" I walked past him and smacked my head.

'really gumballs!?.God' I scoffed and went to the kitchen letting Xavier follow me 'like you have a choice'

"You know you will love my gumballs so why will you crush them" He said while smirking.

I tightened my jaw and kept myself from saying something back.

I heated up the pan that was on the stove and put butter on it and went to the fridge and got out eggs and Bacon oh yes baconnn.

Xavier watch me while sitting on a stool being the stalker that he is.

I cooked my eggs and Bacon and put it all on the plate "oh you cooked for me " Xavier said.

"Umm no" I laughed "you can go cook for yourself you know " I said. He stood up and walked to me and touch my face "your so sweet" he snarled.

"I'm only sweet to people who are sweet to me " I smiled and move back from his hands and I sat at the table and started eating my food. When I was done with my food Xavier sat in front of me with his own food.

"you know just because were gonna be at my parents house doesn't mean I cant punish you" Xavier said while eating his burrito.

"yeah okay I will just say you kidnap me for your own sexual pleasure" I said in a snarky tone

He chuckled darkly "yeah have fun with that my dad will slit your throat in seconds don't forget he use to be the gang leader of my gang honey" he smirked and looked at me intensely.

I squirmed with discomfort in my seat 'note: don't piss off Xavier's dad' I cleared my throat "um what time is the gathering?". I asked trying to get rid of that odd feeling in my stomach.

Xavier chuckled feeling amuse at the state I'm in ..thanksss. "8:30 p.m. be ready I will pick you up but for now your gonna go shopping with Leslie and try to pick something that's at least decent for you" His eyes rake my body from head to toe and he stood up.

He took out his phone from his pocket and I think he was calling Leslie to come over so we can go. And he took out a credit card from his pocket and hand it over to me "Take this with you...god knows you need it" Xavier said rudely.

I grind my teeth trying not to say anything to this fucking psycho.. I snatch the card out of his hand and was really shock to find my name on the card 'Kaylee Linn' I looked up at him confused "what the hell is this?!" I said but it came out as a shriek.

Xavier cringed " shut upp and its a credit card for you" He grumbled stating the obvious.

"But why?" I asked still confused as hell as why he got me this

"Because yo-" Xavier was cut off when the door was slammed shut and an all known voice appeared.

" Partyyy time bitchesss"

(A/N) So yes I know I'm very late on the update and I'm sorry about that and I'm not gonna even make up an exuse that's not even true but I hope you like this chapter and the next chapter my bestfriend turn is to write so I hoped you enjoyed it like I did and Kaylee little flashback past.
