*Toxic's POV*
Rainbow Massacre had somehow found a way out of the diner. "Fuck!" I yelled, punching another wall. "What's wrong?" Ghoul asked. I turned around to face him. "She fucking got away!" I yelled. He looked scared. "Y-you're eyes" he stuttered. "Yes, I know. There's a story behind that, but I don't feel like explaining it to you" I said. "Damn, someone's on their period" he mumbled. I glared at him and he gulped, taking a step back.
He then darted through the narrow hallway, me chasing after him. We ran outside, where Party and Kobra had been standing. Ghoul hid behind Party while I glared at him. If looks could kill, Ghoul would've been long gone. "You fucker. I swear, if you ever say such a comment like that again, I will not hesitate to either ghost you myself or send you to Battery City" I growled. He nodded and I sighed. "Why did dad have to put me with these clowns" I muttered under my breath.
"Get your asses ready for more physical contact. I'll go get Jet" I said, walking back inside before any of the boys had a chance to speak. I found Jet sitting against the wall with a guitar in his hand. He lightly strung a light melody. "Can I see that?" I asked. He looked up at me and nodded. "You play?" He asked. "Im better at bass, but I can play guitar" I said. I played the beginning chord to a song I've heard on the radio. I smiled at myself as I began playing , getting lost in the music.
When I finished, I noticed all the guys staring at me with their mouths agape. "Wow" is all Kobra could say. I smiled and gave Jet his guitar back. "As much as I would love to keep playing, we have to at least get some training in today" I said. I walked past them and glared at Ghoul on the way out of the building.
**After Training**
The guys have gotten a little better at fighting with their fists, but they're not at the best level. Granted, neither am I, but I'm close. We walked in the diner and I took off my mask, sitting down. The guys all looked shocked. "What? You've never seen a girl's face before?" I asked, narrowing my eyes. "It's just... does this mean you trust us? You taking off your mask?" Jet asked. I laughed dryly. "No, this doesn't mean anything. I mean, It's just the rest of my face" I said. They all frowned before sitting down either next to me or in front of me.
I sighed and put my head down, wondering what it would be like if I had a normal life. I wouldn't have anger issues, scars, multicolored hair, glowing eyes. I'd have a normal family. I shook my head. I need to stop thinking like this. I can't cry in front of them.
I looked up and saw Kobra studying me. I raised my eyebrow and he did the same. I narrowed my eyes, he did it too. I stuck out my tounge, he mirrored me. I rolled my eyes, he rolled his eyes.
I giggled and he smiled at me.
"Did Miss Cold-Hearted just giggle?" Frank asked. Everyone at the booth shot him a glare. "Ghoul..." I mumbled. "Yes?" He asked. "Remember what I told you earlier?" I asked slowly. He gulped. "Y-Yeah.." He said. I slowly stood up but was pulled back down by Kobra. "Calm down, Toxic" He said. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. "You wouldn't be able to do anything in the first place" Ghoul muttered under his breath. I stood up again and climbed over Kobra before he could stop me. Ghoul's eyes widened and he jumped over Jet, running around the diner with me chasing after him. My eyes were pretty much as bright as the sun at this point.
"You fucker!" I screamed as he ran into the bathroom. "Okay, it's time to chill out" Party said, coming up behind me. He hugged me from behind, preventing me from going anywhere. "I hate tall people" I muttered. "Short people scare me" Jet said. "We are pretty deadly. We can also sneak up on people without them noticing. Sleep with one eye opened, Ghoulie!" I exclaimed, walking towards the entrance of the diner. "Where are you going?" Jet asked. "On a drac run. I haven't been on an actual one in two weeks" I said. "Can I come?" Ghoul asked.
"You really think that's a good idea?" Kobra asked, holding in a laugh. Ghoul grimaced. "You have a point. Nevermind" He said. I rolled my eyes and continued out of the small building. I then noticed my car was gone. "That bitch took my car!" I yelled. I turned around and stalked into the diner. Today has not been a very good day.
"Give me your keys" I grunted as I walked in the diner. "Why can't you use your own car?" Party asked. "She stole it" I said through gritted teeth. He nodded and took out the keys for the colorful Trans Am. He threw them at me and I caught them. "Thanks" I said, walking back out.
