AS YEARS WENT ON, THE WILLIAMS SISTERS TRAVELED THE WORLD. SOME PART OF EMILIA WANTED TO FIND THE DARING AND DEVIOUS MIKAELSON SHE FELL FOR, YET SHE KNEW THAT HOPE WAS LONG GONE. In some terms, to ask why he left her but the other was to understand her excessive need for blood. The crave that she fed off and killed more people than she need to. The only pieces that she could put together where that she was what Maya would call a Ripper; the most dangerous vampire to be seen.

Emilia did her best to control it for her sister, but her hunger seemed to power over her. It was why they kept moving, to not raise the suspicion of their being. The one thing that both of them hated, the constant need to move.

Eventually the sisters found their way back to their homeland, and neither could deny the need to go back to their hometown. Neither wanted to admit the pain that they felt coming back home and seeing new changes and faces in their quaint town. The two did the best to hide their faces as they strolled along town, before landing upon the plot of land that they called home.

The burnt down home was now replaced by another beautifully built one. Both of their eyes stayed fixated on the house, wondering if anyone would step out of the house to confirm that their mother was officially dead. They knew that their mother would've past in their absence, yet neither wanted to accept the fact. When nobody came out in their plain hour just standing their, it took all of Emilia's courage to knock of the wooden door to face an answer.

When a middle aged woman appeared before Emilia, it took her a while to get words out of her mouth, "What happened to the family that used to live here?"

"The Williams household was consumed in flames. Terrible fire that ate it up including the father and the daughters. The mother couldn't handle the pain and everyone saw how far she's fallen, but she found a man named Mr. Buckingham and they took off to Europe, it was simply scandalous at the time but people don't talk about old news anymore." The woman gossiped and surely enough Emilia's flame built up that a senseless woman was talking about her family as if it was ordinary and not important.

She looked around her before smiling and looking deep into the woman's eyes, "You'll forgot this conversation and after you'll think twice before gossiping again."

She walked away and went over to her sister in the sidelines, who was waiting to hear what she had found out. But there was no way that her little sister didn't eavesdropped on her conversation.

"Let's go," Emilia said walking ahead of her sister with Maya trudging to catch up with her sister.

"What did she say?" Maya wanted to catch up with her sister and when she caught up to her arm, Emilia pulled back harshly. She never liked seeing her sister mad, because she's only seen it a couple of times and it wasn't her favorite. Maya didn't want Emilia to live up to her reputation because she Ailey believed that her sister was better than that.

"She said that not only did Father die, but we did too. Mother grieved us as she should and soon found a new man and moved to Europe. Long story short, Mother's dead and so are we." Emilia said as she returned to going forward in the trail.

"Isn't that what you wanted?" Maya asked.

Emilia stopped dead in her tracks, thinking if it was really what she wanted back in the moment. Her tiny bit of regret still lived within her, yet she didn't want to dawn on the past because she would t be where she is now. Better off with her sister than in a broken home.
"We're dead. This is no longer home and we should get out of here. It's best before we get all sentimental over a place that means nothing to me anymore."

sorry this is a small filler chapter but it's better than nothing.
i promise over spring break that I'll update because y'all deserve it.
Let's just hope that my teachers don't give me too much homework.
