It Was A Dream..

Dove's POV
I woke up and my heart was pounding out of my chest. I stood up and the first thing I noticed was that I was back in my old room, in my mothers house. I turned back to my bed and saw a still sleeping Lucas. I backed into my dresser and grabbed my phone then searched for Ryan's number, but it wasn't there. Lucas then woke up and smiled at me.
"Morning beautiful." He said but I turn and ran out of my room then down the steps. I grabbed my car keys and ran out the front door. I heard Lucas running behind me but I kept going. I got in my car and locked the doors. Lucas tried desperately to get in but I drove off and by then I had tears streaming down my cheeks and couldn't stop crying. I drove until I couldn't and stopped at a nearby cafe. I grabbed my phone again and went to google. I searched for Ryan's name and found something which broke my heart.
Ryan McCartan and Megan Nicole: engaged?!
I threw my phone down and quickly got out of the car then entered the cafe.

Ryan's POV
I walked into the cafe because Megan was grumpy without her coffee every morning. I was about to get in line when I saw her. The girl from my dream. Megan said it was a dream anyway.. she was sitting in the back of the cafe crying her eyes out. I slowly approached her and her eyes lit up with love then filled with sadness when she saw me. I felt my hands begin to shake and I sat down.
"Dove.." I said in a questioning tone and she nodded a bit confused. I felt my heart begin to race and smiled at her. She smiled back and leaned over the table and did something totally unexpected. She pulled me closer to her by my collar and kissed me. I pulled away and looked at her shocked.
"Sorry.. I had to see if it was as amazing as it was in my dream.." she said her voice fading out.
I stood up and offered her a hand. She took it and then I did something unexpected. I leant down and kissed her.
"I knew it had to be more than a dream." I whispered to her after we both pulled away. I heard her giggle and she smiled at me. Then frowned.
"You're fiancé.." she said and I pulled her closer.
"Minor detail." I paused and kissed her forehead. "Besides you're the girl of my dreams." I said and she smiled at me. I took her hand and we began to figure out how we'd break it to our significant others that we were together.
