I can begin to see that Hannah hasn't come for good business here. Ever since I set eyes on those boys on my plasma TV screen, they've been my favourite to win. They bring such good vibe to the stage that even haters can't keep up with them. They are so unrivalled. They have got potential.
And to see them, in Nando's on a bright Saturday morning, my fave celebrities (along with my new archrival Hannah Barrett, also a celebrity) is amazing. Dream of my life.
I wonder why a celebrity would hate me.
A normal, easy-going Croydoner like me.
I return to my house on number 48 Bawnsday Road, and push open the door. I live by myself, really, except for the neighbours right beside me. They're normal like me, and black.
I throw my Louis Vuitton satchel at the back of the door and flop onto my sofa. I switch on my laptop and go to my Facebook and Twitter page at the same time. Life ain't that bad.
I upload my morning selfie with the caption "Morning at Nando's. Look who I've got behind me!!". True-to-form, I'm actually shocked that I was actually sitting behind the real Rough Copy and Hannah Barrett this morning.
Though I'm not too shocked to see Hannah.
Then I click on my Twitter. It's the usual - 20, maybe 30 different tweets from the likes of Union J, Neon Jungle, Zoe Sugg... all the different peeps that I like. (By the way, my friend MoDista said that if it wasn't for Rough Copy, Union J wouldn't have gone through. I might punch her in the face for saying that. She's obsessed with the Union singers anyway. Fancy saying that about Hannah.)
I shut down, thinking about this morning. Why can't I look around without being scrutinized? I'm quite glad I gave Hannah that dig about voice rest.
She flippin' deserves it.
When the clock strikes 8pm that evening I turn on the TV. The X Factor has started and it's 'Big Band' Week. Hannah is first to perform and as they announce her name, I sigh disgustedly. Why does my first-time rival have to be first to perform?! Although I really don't know why she's at me in the first place.
In 7th line for performing is Rough Copy. This I'm excited for, and Luke Friend. I consider them both brilliant as they perform their pieces for the 'Big Band' theme.
After all contestants perform (including that treacherous Hannah), the show ends and I switch off the TV, anticipating the following day's results.
And as I flop onto my flowery duvet, I wonder why, again, a celebrity will viciously target their homie's fan... for the sake of what I can now call LOVE.
--------------NOTES--------------------
'48 Bawnsday Road' is NOT in Croydon!!! I haven't really studied the place, I like it because Hannah and Rough Copy are from there. And I actually live in Ireland, not Britain!!!
