Title: Stop The Fight

   You're currently watching two snakes fight each other in the Slither Pit. Snappa and Snike, to be exact. The first got into a huge arguement with the latter which ended up in a fight all over the place. You couldn't do anything since, well, you're a human. The other serpentine just watched, of course. For them, it's entertainment.

   You could think though! That's why humans have functioning brains that process things. Using your logic, you stood straight and held your chin high.

   Taking in a deep breath, "SKALES!" You call, running over to get his help.

   The Hypnobrai general had been boredly watching the fight the entire time with Pythor, the Snake King, by his side. "What?" His tired red swirly eyes met your (e/c) orbs.

   "You gotta stop them from fighting." You say.

   "Why should I?" He questions in confusion.

   You were about to throw a fit because you swear the one you like is being awfully dense. Crushes (sigh). "BECAUSE it's not right! They're hurting each other now! What if one of them ends up with a serious injury?!" You exclaim.

   "Doesssn't matter to me. They're not in my tribe." He shrugs.

   Pythor finds your little fight amusing in the background. His attention is on you and him now.

   "Would it matter if they're our children?" You just blurted it out without thinking.

   An awkward silence fills your ears and you can feel yourself blushing at your own outburst. Pythor covers his mouth to stop his laughter and looks away, clearing his throat.

   "..." Skales looks nervous right now. He mumbles something to himself before slithering his way to the Slither Pit.

   You feel a little relieved as he stops the fight, using his superiority as the second in command of the Snake King.

   Snappa and Snike separate immediately.

   Skales goes back to you, "Happy?" He asks.

   You smile and nod, enveloping him in a tight hug. He hugs you back.

   And this is why you love this dense serpentine.
