~Set after Marinette collapsed~

Marinette enveloped herself in darkness, she peacefully rested and shut her eyes.

No emotion, No feelings, No Pain... Just Collapsed.

A million memories swarmed around her head, battles, deaths, Tikki, Gods, Plagg, Goddesses and her fate.

She felt a voice whisper around her, shushing her from her thoughts and emotions.

Stirring in her state, her head ached and Marinette's chosen memory replayed in her head.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng," The nightly goddess smiled. "You are the chosen one by prophecy, you will avenge us all and lead us through war."

Little Marinette looked up at her and smiled. "Well," she said. "Tikki I'm not sure if I'm the best choice..."

"You'll eventually find out the truth." Tikki smiled and whispered. "You have no idea what you're capable of."

Marinette looked at her Goddess confused. "Tikki you always tell me that."

"And I will always will." Tikki smiled. "This is the prophecy."

"What's the prop-he-cy?" Marinette worded out.

"It is destined to be a journey," Tikki explained. "You'll have to change the betrayed and work together. You'll also need to be a hero, many people will look up to you and they may fear you-"

"Why would they fear me?" Marinette interrupted, tugging on Tikki's red robe.

"People fear what they don't understand." Tikki smiled down at Marinette.

"I get it!" Marinette laughed joyfully. "Anything else Alhazz?"

"Alhazz? As in pure luck?" Tiki enquired while Marinette nodded eagerly.

"You are lucky! Please be go on!"

"You'll also meet someone." Tikki looked in the distance and Marinette saw someone —A male figure— walking towards them. "They'll help you, but you have to understand what you have is more powerful than what anyone could ever imagine."

The silhouette revealed to be a charming young man. He had black messy hair, exhilarating green eyes and was wearing a traditional God outfit.

"Hello Tikki." The man smirked. "Who's this?" He asked, smiling down at Marinette who was looking at him curiously.

"I'm Marinette!" Marinette giggled. "Who are you?"

"My name is Plagg," he grinned. "I am the god of destruction."

"Wow!" Marinette exclaimed, blinking at him in absolute wonder. "Tikki and you are like opposites!"

"Yes." Tikki smiled. "He's part of your prophecy."

"I'll call you... Tadmir!" Marinette cheered while Plagg smiled.

"Tadmir, as in bad luck?" He knotted his eyebrows.

"Yeah! It's your nickname!" Marinette answered happily. "Tikki's called Alhazz!"

"I must protect the pure luck then!" Plagg insisted, jokingly.

"Is he my knight?" Marinette beamed, her bluebell eyes wide.

"No I am not princess." Plagg picked up Marinette and tickled her. "But someone who is like you will be..." He muttered. "Just... weaker..."

"Why?" Marinette asked hearing him. "Why would he be weaker? I don't have any magic or powers."

"Always remember," Plagg and Tikki smiled. "You are special, the chosen one."

"The prophecy is in your hands.."

Marinette flinched and jolted upward, she panted and wiped the sweat droplets dripping off her forehead.

looking up slowly, Marinette gasped as she saw her whole class looking at her including Tikki and Plagg.

"Alhazz?" She muttered, using her nickname. She turned to Plagg. "Tadmir?" Marinette smiled lightly while Tikki tested at the name. "What are you doing here?"

"The prophecy has been awakened." Tikki started. "You were glowing the whole time you were passed out."

"Seriously?" She rasped making eye contact with the two. "I dreamt about my last life."

"Oh." Tikki frowned. Reincarnated lives were hard and a sad walk through . Every memory, emotion and experience that someone had went through, almost seemed like nothing. Simply going to another life. "What happened?" She persisted.

"I was talking to you." Marinette uttered. "You just told me I was the chosen one and I met Plagg."

"The prophecy." Tiki and Plagg said in sync. "It takes you through a process and soon enough your brain is tangled with memories."

"You kept telling me about my true powers..." Marinette fretted. "What did you mean?"

Plagg and Tikki looked at each other, clearly hesitant. "I'm sorry Marinette but we have more important things to worry about."

"Wait but?-"

"Girl." Alya snapped, looking at her friend. "Why didn't you tell us?"

Marinette looked down almost immediately.

How do you even tell someone you're destined for a prophecy that has been visioned to lead a ending with a curse, proposed to be greater than death?
