"Emmett, what if I might be.." I trailed off.

"You can say pregnant babe. I would be honored to have a baby with you." He kissed my cheek.

"Yeah but, what if it was Brad's? He never used p-protection. Oh my! I'm gonna have to carry his child!" I wailed.

"Kitty, I already thought about that. I can smell the kid already. He smells like you and I. Not Brad calm down. This is OUR baby." Emmett said.

"It's a he?" I asked shocked.

"I'm not 100 percent sure but his scent is a little more manly." He explained.

"Awe, you get to have an heir."

"And it's with my beautiful mate. This is going to be great. Except for one thing..." He said.

I didn't know what could make him go from smiling to worried in one second.

"What Emmett?"

"The rouges."

That's all he had to say to pulse fear throughout my entire body. I didn't want my baby to be in any kind of danger.

"What do we do. They're already coming after me. They won't hesitate to kill our baby!" I was enraged.

"Kitty, I'd never let that happen. That's why we need to go see the pack doctor."

When I agreed I put on some yoga pants and one of Emmett's shirts.

"Damn babe. You look good in my clothes." Emmett commented.

"Better than you do." I winked.

"I wouldn't go that far. I am pretty sexy." As he said that he flexed his muscles and grinned at me. Of course he would be full of himself even in times like this.

Damn he really is sexy. I was super lucky to have him. I wasted no time jumping to hug him wrapping my legs around his waist. I attempted to dominate the kiss but Mr. Alpha wouldn't let that happen. He smirked against my lips.

"Come on, we have to get to the doctor. I want a healthy baby." Emmett spoke.

The pack doctor, Sara, greeted us at the door having everything set up. Emmett must have mind linked her. Sara ushered me onto the weird bed chair thing. These were always so uncomfortable.

"Lift up your shirt please Luna. This gel will be a little cold though." She warned.

She squirted the blue gel onto my stomach and used the ultra sound wand to spread it around my baby bumb.

After a few seconds she stopped and grinned at us.

"Congratulations! Alpha, Luna, you are going to be parents. Werewolf pregnancies develop faster than humans. You will only be pregnant for a month. Therefore, I can already tell the gender. Would you like to know?" Sara asked us.

"Emmett said the baby's smell is muscular so he's guessing it's a boy." I informed her.

"Well the Alpha is correct. The heir to this pack will soon be born."

I could see Emmett visibly bursting with excitement. I didn't even know he wanted to be a dad. All of this really scared me. I didn't know how to be a mom. My mother wasn't the best role model to learn from. I guess we'd figure it out together.

"Sara, I'd appreciate it if you kept this a secret for not. We will want to inform the whole pack all at the same time." Emmett asked.

"Of course. I will clean Catalina off and then you guys will be all set."
