Normality

Dazai and Chuuya walked hand in hand down the bustling street of Yokohama.

The ginger smiled. No matter how many times she walked through the city, all the pretty little shops and boutiques never ceased to amaze her. Especially that one hat boutique filled with all sorts of designs she had never seen before. The girl had to immediately stop Dazai, dragging him to the shop's window, marvelling at the beautiful hat on display.

The suicidal enthusiast watched the redhead gaze in fascination at the hideous hat from the corner of his earthen orbs, a loving smile curled on his lips. He offered to buy the hat, but the small hat lover refused.

As the Double Black continued to walk under the vast blue sky, the brunette released a groan and melodramatically falls to the ground, hand to his chest.

"Dazai?!" His cute martial artist hurried to his side in concern. "What's wrong?"

The ex-Mafia executive looked up at the petite Mafia, "call life support, Chuuya!"

"What! Why?!" The tangerine haired girl became frantic.

"Because I've fallen for you."

A beat of silence-

"You asshole!" Chuuya growled. She immediately stood up and stalked away, muttering strings of colourful words under her breath.

The nullifier laughed out loud, getting up to follow his angry little orange.

"Don't follow me, Dazai!" Chuuya snarled.

"Now, now~" Dazai cooed, strolling beside her, "don't be angry, Chuu-chan. I was just teasing," he giggled. "You're too cute not to mess with!"

Chuuya walked faster, but to her dismay, Dazai's longer legs kept up with ease.

Stopping the gravity manipulator in her tracks, the bandaged man gently held the hothead's chin, tilting her head up to meet his. He leaned into her face with a seductive smirk.

"I promise I'll make it up to you~" he blew in her ear.

Her cheeks burned at the detective's offer.

"S-Shut up!" Her heart beats rapidly, feeling her already red face turn several shades brighter, "I don't want your fucking apology, bastard!"

"Oh? Was that an invitation?"

Birds squawked away as a frustrated scream stretched to the sky.
