I feel like someone's going to disagree with me here, but I like the bends. I can't help it. I like it. It's got that sort of carefree vibe that a lot of Radiohead music doesn't have, that sort of vibe where Radiohead doesn't care if there is a super deep meaning to the songs. It's one of the most pop Radiohead albums that works- It does everything that Pablo Honey was trying to do RIGHT. Songs on here I really love are Fake Plastic Trees, Street Spirit and of course, Just. Fake Plastic Trees, I would like to note, is probably the best love song Radiohead ever wrote. In conclusion, The Bends is just a kind of fun, very good Radiohead album.
FAVOURITE TRACKS: Fake Plastic Trees, Street Spirit (Fade Out), Just
LEAST FAVOURITE TRACK: (Nice Dream)
