It had been two years since I left the Toretto team in my rear-view. But it still felt empty every day I wasn't with them. I drove the Humvee through the building that I worked at, parking it in my spot. I climbed out, dressed in my military uniform and closed the door. I walked to the room/apartment I was staying in and changed. I was now in a tan t-shirt, my military pants, combat boots, and my dog-tags. I closed and locked my door after grabbing my gun from the dresser next to the door and walked down the stairs. My boss smiled at me.

"Hello Miss Gilbert. How are you today?" He asked.

"Fine." I responded.

"Well, you are about to be much happier. Come with me."

I frowned but did as told. He opened the door to the giant garage and cleared his throat. I froze in my tracks when the people at the computerized table looked at us. Mr. Nobody, my boss, smiled.

"Well?"

I steeled myself as we walked over to them. I looked at the table and frowned. But I didn't ask questions. I felt the eyes of my old team on me, but just stood there. Mr. Nobody spoke.

"You will be a part of this team." He said. "So make the most of it."

"I will, sir."

"Alright!" He clapped his hands together. "Well, have some fun."

After he left, I relaxed. Which brought questions from everyone. Suddenly, someone yelled my name.

"Gilbert!"

"What?!" I called back, turning.

"Come here!"

I groaned but walked over.

"What do you need, Shepard?" I asked, irritated.

"Here. Look at this."

I rolled my eyes and layed down on the roller, sliding under the car. I worked a little bit then slid back out.

"Fixed." I told him. "That all?"

"Yeah. Thanks."

I nodded and walked back to the table, wiping my hands on a rag before chucking it at one of the other guys. He glared at me and I shrugged with a smile. I was at the table when the same rag hit me in the back of the head. I looked over and the guy shrugged, smiling at me. I rolled my eyes before looking at my team.

"So? What's going on?"

So they explained. Well, Brian explained. Everyone else just looked at me like I was a ghost. I nodded as I looked at the table.

"Shepard!"

He came over to me and I tapped the road.

"How many places can you get onto that road?" I asked.

"Two. The rest is sheer drops on every side."

I hummed in thought. "If we could hit it somewhere else......"

"Right there." Rome said, tapping part of the road.

Shepard shook his head. "That's the most secure part of the whole road."

"Which is why it's a perfect idea." I smiled. "And everyone thought you were an idiot."

"He still is." Brian told me.

I rolled my eyes, but Shepard wasn't convinced.

"Then how do you plan on getting onto the road?" He challenged.

I looked to Rome and then we both looked at Tej.

"What you got?" I asked.

He looked at us. "I might actually have a plan for that."
