Anxiety sat on the sofa, it was only 9AM but the others had already woken up and gone to assist Thomas, Anxiety had decided a day off would do his host and himself some good.
Under the sofa the young personality reached and pulled out his guitar, when alone Anxiety enjoyed to play it, never with others around. Singing was another activity he enjoyed in private; he did it more often than he played. Singing was easier to hide than the gentle melody of his only possession.
Quickly, Anxiety tuned his guitar and tested the sound; once he was satisfied he started playing a song he had written himself, it was one of many. Years ago, Anxiety had composed a song about his feelings for a certain- someone he knew. It wasn't often Anxiety wad totally alone so he decided now was the perfect time to play.

Anxiety sighed and carefully placed down his guitar beside him, he hadn't played openly like that for so long. It felt good, there was still no sign of the others so he decided to play another song he enjoyed; this one he hadn't written himself, but he felt a deep connection with the lyrics.

Anxiety looked around he didn't see anyone, he decided one more song wouldn't hurt. A quick look at the viewing screen comfirmed his three 'companions' were still assisting their host. Moments passed as Anxiety thought about what to play, then he decided upon a song Thomas and Dodie had sung together.

A healthy idea, or am I getting too near?
The fact that this song was a duet hadnt crossed the dark personality's mind until a second voice joined in with his own as he choked back a sob resulting in a voice break; which caused Anxiety to miss the first word of the chorus.

Anxiety hadn't realised just how emotional he was getting until the end of that first verse. After a minute of silently crying Anxiety felt a weight on the other end of the sofa.
