Dramione One-shot

Buckbeak

Set after the war. Luna also is in this year. Also I know I don't have all of Hagrid's accent in but I will get it up in the next day or so.

Third Person's POV

Hagrid called everybody around. "All right class gather round. Now I am going to split yeh up into pairs and yeh will work with yeh pairs to research a mythical animal. Also if the animal are at Hogwarts yeh can study them here only if they aren't dangerous. Now when yeh hear yeh parnetrs name, yeh and yeh partner will stand next to one another."

Hagrid started pointing to random people and putting them together. Seamus and Dean went to one part of the yard. Zoe Accringtion walked over to Harry and they both stood next to one another with a respectful distance between them. Pansy sneered at Luna when she walked over to Pansy with a dreamy expression on her face. Hestia Carrow walked away from her sister Flora, who was going to Susan Bones, and stand next to Ron. Hermione started to giggle under her breath because Ron doesn't like any Slytherins. A Ravenclaw, Sue Li, went to stand next to Marcus Flint who looked like he wasn't going to move an inch. Then Neville proudly walked over to Blaise and Blaise didn't move an inch. Their was a slight sigh that erupted through some of the Gryffindors. The Gryffindors thought Slytherins. Everybody saw  when Hagrid pointed at Hermione and everybody left prayed to Merlin they would get Hermione. Everybody was disappointed though when they saw Hagrid's other hand land on a person hidden in the shadow of the tree. Everybody saw a flash of blonde hair and Hermione gulped. Hermione went to go stand next to him and neither lifted their head up until Hagrid started speaking again.

"This project is due next week on Friday. I want yeh animal yeh are going to research tomorrow. Class dismissed." Everybody walked away from Hagrid's hut and when Hermione went to go find Harry and Ron she felt a force pull her back.

When Hermione turned around she saw that it was Draco. She sneered and said, "What do you want?"

"When are we doing this project?"

"Tonight at 7 in the library. Is that good enough for you Your Highness?"

"Yes that is perfectly fine."

"See you then." Hermione ripped her arm out of Draco's hand and walked to Harry and Ron, missing Draco's stare as she walked off.

* Time Skip *

"Hermione do you have to go?"

"Yes Ron I have to if I want to get the project done. I am guessing that you haven't made plans with your partner yet? Have you even thought of the animal you want to do? The subject topic is due tomorrow." Hermione had put her hands on her hips staring down at Ron in the Great Hall. Ron looked away from Hermione and she had a triumphant look on her face. "I thought so now I am going to the library before you can hold me back again." Hermione grabbed her bag and left to go to the library.

When Hermione got to the the library she wandered around the library until she found Draco with his feet up on the table twirling a quill. When she got next to the table Draco put his feet down and sat up. Hermione sat down and Draco said, "What animals would you like to study?"

Hermione pulled out a list and pushed it towards Draco. He picked it up and started to read the list. He looked up at Hermione and said, "No to three and four."
