Trump took 1 of his Mexican servants and took his limo. His name is Juan. Because he needed someone to fuck him in his limo while he was in the car to take away all the stress.
After an hour they arrived at the hospital.
Trump zipped his pants after fucking and got out.
Jacob was still out but breathing.
The doctor took him in while Trump was saying JUST FIX HIS ASS
It took hours and Trump got Bored so he went to get a Starbucks.
He ordered a caramel latte and when Trump got back Jacob was still passed out.
The doctor came in.
"Mr Trump" he says
"I have important news for you... "
Trump gets down on his knees and pleads to the doctor.
"Please... Did you fix his ass..."
"that's all I want I don't care about his life just... Did you fix his ass... " Trump said.
"I have good news and I have bad news, he is still breathing and we fixed his a-... I mean butt.. ...but he may not live.

Trump being the stupid man he is asks if he has to pay for a funeral and can't fuck him anymore.
