Chapter 27

Zayn is such a sweetheart in this story and if anyone thinks different you can fight me. This chapter does have some dark stuff in it but it's not too horrible and there's barely anything towards Niall because I couldn't go through with injuring my poor snowflake so here it is! This chapter was so hard for me to write and I still feel bad for making Liam be such a douche bag so please forgive me for that. Anyways! Here's chapter 27!

Chapter 27

Third Person
Niall rushes back to the wolf pack that has been his home for the past few weeks. He has to get back before anyone notices that he's been missing. He didn't know what would happen if Liam found out where he disappeared to all of the time.

He hated being at the cruel wolf pack and Zayn was always so eager to cover for him when he noticed his little mate needed to get away for a while.

Zayn. He was Niall's only saving grace in the Hell that he's been living for the past few weeks of being at the wolf pack. Zayn would stick up for him as much as he could with Liam being the most dominant alpha in the pack. Countless times the man has managed to get him out of excruciating trouble by throwing himself into it instead.

Niall knew that it pained Zayn to not be able to do much to change the way Liam treated both of his mates and he just wanted to do something to take the pain away from the only alpha he's ever truly loved. Yes, you heard him he loved Zayn. Loved him so freaking much that he'd rather stay and get beaten in this Hellhole rather than escaping without the alpha.

Niall notices something on his jog back to the cabin that makes his eyes widen to the size of saucers. Liam's car was back in their small dirt driveway, meaning Liam knew that he was out and was most-likely not happy about it.

Niall was debating on just running right back into the woods but knew that would only get the alpha he loved into more trouble. So, he sucks up his fear and musters up enough courage to face his problems head on.

He doesn't even make it into the house before he's being tackled by an angry Liam. "Where the fuck were you?!" Liam let's out an angry growl before sending a forceful slap towards the poor little omega's right cheek.

Niall's hand instantly covers the injured cheek as tears come to his eyes at the pain of being slapped by one of his alpha mates. "I just went for a run," Niall says hesitatingly, making sure to look anywhere but into the furious alpha's eyes, knowing that would only get him into more trouble.

"And what have I told you countless fucking times, Niall?!" Niall was so scared of getting another hit from the alpha that he was shaking in absolute fright.

Tears flow from the omega's blue eyes without him even realizing its happening. "You told me that I was never to leave the cabin without your permission," Niall practically whispers it, scared of what the alpha was capable of doing to him.

"Yes! So why the fuck did you ignore my direct orders and run off on your own?" Liam spits at him and Niall notices out of the corner of his eyes that his eyes the Liam's eyes turned a bright red due to how furious the alpha was.

Suddenly, the tall alpha's being pushed away from the small defenseless omega by a much smaller body compared to the former. Niall knew exactly who the alpha was who pushed Liam out of the way and tears come to Niall's eyes, knowing exactly what comes next having been through this same routine countless times before.
