Where the Interest Begins

A/N : Finally, I am going to show how their interest in each other began to show.  Luna and Lincoln start to feel a connection and their sisters get suspicious.

Luna, who is now at a rocking age of 17, has since learned to play guitar.  She and  Lincoln, who is now 13, are currently in her room working on a new song together.  "So I think that we should make a more family based song.  What do you think Linc?"  He thinks a moment, "Make it about some of our good and bad times.  That we wouldn't trade it for the world." He said it with a confident smile and Luna agrees with him.

As days go by while working alone on their song, something seems to be different.  "Hey did you ever get those outfit designs done?"  Luna asks turning to Lincoln who is walking into her room.  "Yeah just finished." He shows her and her eyes slightly widen.  He has drawn her in a tight fit, sexy purple set, gave her a few more piercings and a new guitar to match her outfit.  He was in a similar purple outfit. Tight black pants, piercings, and a guitar of his own.  "Wow, these are awesome Lincoln." She is slightly blushing.  He is grinning, "Well, I wanted to give you something that would show off your inner rock star."  "You have definitely succeeded.  They look amazing.  Now we just have to see if Leni would mind actually making these for us."  She says with a smile.  Lincoln nods in agreement, "I'm sure she would have fun doing so."

Lincoln goes off and leaves Luna thinking to herself.  'Alright, I am sure that those outfits are not how they seemed.  A lot of rock stars show off their bodies and have piercings.  They were so cool.  I am over thinking this.'  Meanwhile Lincoln goes and knocks on Lori and Leni's door.  Leni opens up and smiles, "Hi Linky.  What are you doing?"  Lincoln smiles at his sister, "Oh, I have a fun project for you.  Wanted to know if you would mind making these for Luna and I.  I have all our measurements on the back already."  Leni smiles excitedly.  "Ooo, a new project.  They look so cool.  I will start like, right away."  Lincoln thanks her and heads into his room to continue on some drawings he was making up for posters.

Days go by and Lincoln and Luna are working on their songs.  The two reach for something and their hands touch.  They pull away and both blush hoping the other doesn't catch it.  They keep ignoring the subtle touches and hints they give each other.  Lori however realizes that these things are happening and calls for a family meeting.  Except they keep Lincoln and Luna out of this one.

"So I think those two have some kind of weird thing going on."  Lori says.  "Oh come on Lori.  Like they would ever do something like that? It's not like they are dating or sneaking off to make out or whatever." Lynn says.  "Eww, Lincoln and Luna kiss?" Lola asks with an awkward face.  "No they don't kiss." Lori says. "Lincoln and Luna sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G." Leni starts to chant. "Oh that's preposterous, they aren't doing anything." Lisa says.  "I think it would be cool." Lucy says.  "Cool? No that would be weird." Lana speaks up.  "I just, I see them as they accidentally touch hands, or brush up against each other. They try and blow it off as they turn red. Tell me that isn't weird." Lori says folding her arms.  The others simply shrug and they just agree nothing is going on.
