Kayano's POV I was heading towards the building, where my big sister worked. Well, she was forced to. She wanted to be a teacher instead. She was, just that her fiance forced her to work with him.
I hated that jerk.
Aguri was always too kind. I never understood why she was still engaged to that guy. And I never will.
I took another step. The floor shook. The building shook. The building collapsed. I had fallen, and hit the ground hard. I didn't care at the moment though.

Before I realized it, I was falling for him. His smile... the way he would talk to me through the glass dome. Though there was a wall between us, it was transparent. We could see each other, who the other one really was. There wasn't any lies (he didn't say much about his past though). I even told him about my job as a teacher and helped me edit some test questions too. I told him about my sister and how she's an actress and how proud I am of her.
I knew the consequences of my feelings. I knew I would be hurt in the end. Such a sad end for a hero. For your fate to be sealed because of one simple betrayal. I won't lie that I didn't feel any sympathy for him, in fact I felt it a lot. Hearing bits of his background made me... what's the word... I don't know.
"I see. Destined to have a cursed fate. I had that coming." He said calmly.
"Don't give up! There may be a way to-"
"If I have this power... this is goodbye, Aguri." As he said this, my heart shattered in pieces and can never be repaired. "I'm leaving the facility. Little earlier than expected, but this much power will suffice."
"No! Stop using your skills for evil! All this time... I thought we-"
"You'd try to stop me?"

"You? How? With your skill set? As long as your abilities don't surpass mine you won't have be able to stop me. Let alone save me. Not with that brain of yours."

As he kept going, more parts of him shattered. Like a mirror. It was as if he was a whole other person. It made me think... was the damage repairable? But I knew he was still there. I would not give up.
"It's Aguri Yukimura, Unlock door 1" I started to head out not giving up on what I had set my mind upon.
Reaper's POV She wouldn't make a useful hostage, seeing as how her fiancé despised her. Saying those words left a bad taste in my mouth, fiancé, ehhh. But I have to make my great escape now.
I sealed the panels with the mucus from the tentacles. I broke the glass dome. They had a solid defense but of course that's what they thought. And just as I had predicted, it was hopeless for them.
Thinking you can contain me? Yanigisawa... pathetic. But thanks to this power you have given me. I'm able to do anything.
I managed to destroy the facility, and everyone in it. Especially Aguri. But just as I was about to take off, she had managed to stop me.
