You Came Back ~Morty

"Dad? Is that you?" I heard my mom say. Could my grandpa Rick be back? I run down stairs to see my grandpa standing there. I run and hug him. "Rick! You came back. I thought I lost you forever!" He hugs back as dad glares at him. My dad and Rick don't get along. But he is my moms dad making him my dads father in law. " Y-yeah -uuuuurgggh- I came back M-uurg- Morty" I smile and go to eat dinner

*Later that night*
~Morty's dream~
"RICK! COME BACK! YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE!" I scream at Rick as he packs his stuff. He can't leave can he? "I'm sorry m-buuuurp- Morty...I can't stay here with you anymore!" I start crying so its my fault. "Rick please! What did I do?" Rick turned to me. " You're an annoying piece of shit Morty! I can't stand you! I only took you on all those adventures because I need a shield I hate you Morty! Why do you think I left the first time!" He slammed his fist on the wall behind me screaming he hates me over and over.
I woke up screaming. Rick came running in. "M-uuurrrp- Morty what's wrong?" I start crying and he climbs in my bed holding me and shushing me. As I fall asleep I swear I hear him say "I'm never leaving again Morty I love you." But I could be delusional.

*next morning*
I wake up with Rick holding onto me tightly. "Oh you're awake" he says.
"Y-yeah are we going on an adventure today?"
"We might."
Rick stares at me for a minute before getting up "go eat breakfast kid you'll need it if we go on an adventure"
I nod going down stairs humming
I need another story something to get off my chest my life gets kinda boring need something I can confess.
