The sky now was so different than that day as it poured like it was a drought. Why...why did it have to continue like this ? Some people would say. But he was different the boy people said didn't make sense based on what he wore or even said.
He was just guy with black hair who didn't understand why he always felt out of place. Like that one puzzle piece that didn't belong with the rest.He looked up and instead of wiping away the rain drops he let them drizzle down his pale face. He didn't mind intact he enjoyed it as it made him feel as if he was connected to the world instead of just plainly existing in it.
"Thank you for the rain..."
That's all he would say as he looked back down and blushed as other people stared at him for being so foolish as to say this in public.
So he continued on as he walked down the road from the Cherry River highschool and he stares at the trees around him as he walked to his friends house. He would brush his hand among the newly blooming flower buds on the trees and he would smile.
"Their growing so fast it seems..."
He had become distracted and lost interest in the flowers as his favorite song played on his headphones.
Dynasty by MIIAHe had listened to this song on loop for his entire walk and he turned the music off and put away his headphones and smiled as he knocked on her door.
"Rory are you there ?"
He waited for an answer.
(Rory)"Just come inside you don't have to knock you dumbass !"
He smirked as she said it and he walked in.
"God your rude you weirdo !"
(Rory)" well atleast I'm not as awkward as you are !"
We both laughed for what seemed like ages until she came up to him and jumped at him and he caught her and spun her in a circle.
Yes this was my best friend who I will never let go for as long as I live.
