Chapter 3: The mysterious sign

THE NEXT DAY

"Finally!" The snow is gone!

"Yes!" The helluva snowstorm is helluva gone!

We'll the snow is gone and all the roads started to clear up.

Casper, look, the snow is gone! Goldie said.

Oh, Really? Casper said.

Yes really! Goldie said.

Mom and Dad will go visit some of our relatives somewhere out of the country. I dont really know where they are but I'm sure that our relatives is in a different country.

Mom and dad will go to some of our relatives 3 days from now. So I dont even really know what to do when they leave the house.

I went out of the house because, I wasn't been able to go out the days of the freaking snowstorm.

Now, I could go outside peacefully, without getting disturbed by other people that would want to ruin my day. But I think, ruining other people's day is really bad and not cool af. I stepped out the door wearing my blue sweater that I bought from the store last 2 months. I walked down the side of the road peacefully and I grabbed my phone and my black earphones and listened to newly released music while having a peaceful walk down the side of the road. I really enjoy listening to music anytime, anywhere or maybe I should say "Forever?!"

As I walk down the road, I saw a sign that says M~A~G~I~C. By the way, that sign is placed in a fancy wall. The wall is colorful and very neat. Once I look at it, something is feels weird and I feel like I am in a different world. I am so curious about this paper. I quickly grabbed the sign and I just started to get the heck out of there.

I ran back to our house for no reason at all. I sat on the brown bench beside our house and by the way,the sign is made out of paper so I fold it neatly and I gently placed it in my wallet and started to go back to my room because it is starting to get hot now rather than to be Cold!

When I am in my room, I placed the sign in the table. Then, I went down to sit in the couch downstairs to maybe watch tv or to use my phone. My siblings, Casper, Chloe and Goldie, used dad's laptop to watch action movies and other stuffs. In my opinion, I more like Fantasy/fun movies. "OH YEAH!" Its time for lunch. I always love to eat, I mean who doesn't want to eat if that food is your favorite right?

After I ate lunch, Casper and I went to the bookstore to find interesting books. By the way, the bookstore is near our house, so thats why I am or maybe we are LUCKY AF haha.

As we walked down the side of the roads to go to the bookstore, The both of us felt something weird. I dont know what is it, but I think, its really bad. We noticed that the ground is shaking. "WAIT, IS THAT AN EARTHQUAKE?!" Casper said.

Yeah, I think so! But its not that bad.

That small earthquake is really shocking for the entire village. But I think no one is hurt. It only lasted for about 4 seconds.

We still went in the bookstore. No one or nothing could stop us from going.

I quickly went to find Fantasy theme books. While Casper went to the Horror section. While I was looking for books, I saw the MAGIC word again in one of the books. I noticed that, thats strange af.

I found 4 fantasy books that I want to buy. But I can only afford 2 books, so I grabbed 2 and I directly paid the books to the cashier. While Casper, he also bought 2 books, But horror themed. We both are excited to read the books that we just bought. Books are fun to read and they are just so interesting and sometimes you just are one with the character, if you know what I mean.

We went home. Casper went up to his room and started to read his new books. I also went inside my room to start reading my new book. I lend the other book to Goldie because I want her to enjoy books and she want to read it like, instantly.

Hey Casper and Nick! Are you fine? Mom asked.

Yes mom! We are both fine. That earthquake is not that bad. Said Casper.

Yes mom, we're fine!

Okay, if you say so! Mom said.

It is now 9pm, time to go to bed. I want to start or to try to sleep early
starting this day because I usually sleep at like 12am or 1am.
