Chapter 5: The Gateway

Wow! What a boring morning again.
The 4 of us went downstairs to eat cereals for our breakfast. We eat slowly because we want the time to move quicker. I never even really know what to do. I want to do extraordinary things. Or, we could just spend the rest of the day in the mall nearby our house.

Hey! What are we going to do today? Casper said.

I dont know! I said

Hey brother Nick! Please come with me upstairs now. Goldie said.

Uhmm, uhh.. Okay? I said.

Goldie and I went upstairs quickly.

I remembered that the book says that, "IF YOU ALL TOUCH A BRAND NEW INTERESTING THING, IN YOUR HOUSE, TOGETHER, IT WILL REVEAL SOMETHING,SOMETHING FUN!" Goldie said.

What about that?! I said.

Remember the magic sign thingy? Goldie said.

Yeah!? I said...

IF we all touch it, because it is a brand new INTERESTING thing, maybe it will reveal something Fun!! Goldie said.

Yeah! But, is it gonna work?! I said.

Its worth a try right?? Goldie said.

Yeah! Lets do it! I said.

I called Casper and Chloe..

Whats up? Casper and Chloe said.

Come on, hold the sign.

For what! Casper and Chloe said.

Just hold it! Goldie said.

They are all holding it, except for me.
I am now about to touch it.

I touched the sign and technically, we are now touching it.

Wait! The the heck are we doing?! Casper said.

This is just a complete waste of the time! Chloe said.

Just wait and hold on! Goldie said.

Poooooffff!!!!

Woah!? What happened?! I said

There is this loud noise that comes from everywhere. I never knew that this would be an interesting day. As we looked down the floor. We saw a small chest. It is made out of wood and plastic. It has fancy designs on it. It has multiple colors on it. This is very insane.

What happened? Casper said.

Whooaa!! A chest appeared out of nowhere! Goldie said excitedly.

What are we waiti'n for? Lets open it.. Chloe said.

I used the sharp knife again to open the chest. It worked! I did not expect that to work at all! A shiny gold light appeared when we opened the chest.
It shines in my eye, and I thought it was gold but it isn't.

Its a small piece of paper!! Goldie said.

I quickly grabbed the paper and it has a fancy handwriting. It is an interesting note. It says "DO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS, EXCEPT THE ONE WHO IS READING IT NOW. HEAD TO YOUR BACKYARD AND GO BEHIND THE BIG TREE AND USE A KNIFE TO WRITE ON THE TREE AND BTW, WRITE M~A~G~I~C..

LUCKILY! We have a big tree in our backyard. I got the knife and it feels like we are on a new adventure or something that has never been done before. I carved the word M~A~G~I~C.. on it! I did my best to carve it and it turns out to be pretty nice or OK..

I know believe that there's magic. I didn't know that It would come true to life.

Suddenly, the bright clouds that gives nature a blast turned into darkness. Terrifying us, and all of the living things in our village. This phenomenon is very peculiar. The wind is howling, striking our poor ears. The lightning rumbles and rain started to drop from the sky. The word MAGIC that i carved in the tree becomes colorful and colorful as we looked at it. As it becomes color white a portal looking thing appeared. I was like, what the heck is going on here people!? Could somebody explain to me, what the heck is that portal thingy.

Oh lets go inside! Goldie said.

The portal is so bright and has a mixture of small rocks, like a mini galaxy and it is color purple.

The four of us stepped in the portal looking thingy.

We entered it because of curiosity. No one can stop us from doing it.

While we entered it. We feel really dizzy in the portal because we we're like spinning in circle for about 1000 times in one second. I mean, thats just insane.

TRAVELING IN THE PORTAL

The inside of the portal is divided into 3 sections. I would try to explain it as much as i can.

The 1st section is very colorful, bright and full of rainbow colored stuffs.

I looked at my right and I saw a wonderful unicorn, and it is the best day of my life! I mean who doesn't want to see a unicorn in real life?!
This section is so bright and comfy.
All things we're happy and fine at the same time. Me, personally, I would love to stay here. My siblings loved it to, especially Goldie.

The 2nd section is all about darkness or sad and very miserable.

I opened my eyes and saw nothing, but darkness. The favorite color of this section is of course BLACK!
I know feel kinda sad and not happy after seeing this stuffs. It looks like, it is very sad,miserable. We dont like this at all af.

The 3rd section is all about NATURE.
Or maybe our surroundings. Plants are all over this place. Trees are everywhere and plants too. I think, I got the message of this!

I am Nick and I think, that I got the message of this 3 sections of this portal thingy. " We should all be happy no matter what the situation is. Sadness is not good for us. Let happiness take over it. If we are happy, so our surroundings too. We should maintain the surroundings as clean as possible because a clean environment can make life easier.

And whooooaaa!! All of us said.

Wh... hh.....where are we? I said softly.

Whooa! That's cold! Casper said.

I think we're in a new dimension! Goldie said excitedly.

If that's the case, we should be careful, because we dont know anything about this place, at all! Chloe said.

Lets keep our voices down and lets find shelter because the wind is getting colder and colder af. I said

We have to find shelter instantly! Goldie said.

I dont even really know what to expect from this land. Tall trees are surrounding us. We can see mountains in the distance. Its like we're in a forest that no one ventures went night.
