Partner pairing is weekly. Every week you're paired up with another member of the group. There are no assignments given, you decide what to do with your partner be it writing, reading, critiquing, exercises etc. The sole purpose of this is so that members are familiar with each other. Make sure to share want you did in the comment section to maybe inspire another set of members for the next week.
Critiques are biweekly. It's done in such a way that you apparently on the list twice, meaning that you critique at least two parts of two books. Time flies fast, so it's always better to finish on time. There is no given lenghty for how long or short your critique should be but it should be helpful. If you're not sure on what to comment on here are some common things people discuss in critiques:
-Pace
-Plot
-Puntuation
-Description
-Characters
