Miles POV:

I stood staring at this beautiful girl that lay on the bed. Her chest rising and falling slowly to the rhythm of her breaths. I was curious, why you would ask. Well this was the one girl that was going to help me and I in return would help her.
She suddenly got up her jet black hair past her shoulders trailing behind her. She then grabbed a pillow obviously showing fear. So she noticed me.
I laughed at this. Dang it I had given myself away, she hesitated. Now this made me laugh even more. What was up with this girl, I didn't know I rescued a paranoid young person.
"Your awake" I decided to say in a soft tone. After all I didn't want to alarm her. As it was she was already scared, you could see it in her lost dark brown eyes.
"Thank you." She said pausing as if to find her words. "For everything." Then she gulped and started crying, tears rolling down her tan skin.
"Hey, don't cry." I whispered
Great now I had a crying girl on my hands. I lightly brushed her tears away with my hand, being careful not to poke her.
She quickly stood up, scared by something a grave expression played on her face. Was it my fault?
I hardly knew this girl but then I felt drawn to her, it felt almost magnetic.
She turned around to face me, looking me in the eye hers' reflecting wonder and curiosity.
She continued staring at me, I had to muster up the courage to ask her the question I wanted to.
"You don't recognise me?" I blurted out suddenly realising what I had said, a shocked expression on my face. Well that was great.
She opened her mouth to speak but shut it knowing what it was going to be.
I gazed at this mysterious girl, wondering what exactly was going to happen.
"Well your going to have to get to know me." I answered her unasked question a smile starting to form on my lips. She instantly smiled her face illuminating at the sight of my smile.
"I'm Rose woodlings." She said her voice quiet
Rose that was a beautiful name it reminded me of summer so clearly, but a bad one surfaced my mind.
"I'm Miles Ferry, at your assistance." I said giving her a cheeky grin and a wink.
I quickly took hold of her hand and pulled her off the bed, jogging through the door and down the long empty hall ways. She giggled as we ran, I smiled and laughed with her. We were crazy all right but the good kind of crazy.
We continued down the halls going on and on.
I knew exactly what to show her.
I came to a halt at two glass doors, she gazed at them while I was panting for breathe. I reluctantly dropped her hand, never wanting to let go. But I had to, pushing the doors open I saw her expression change into the happiest face I had seen in my life.
I was showing her the woods we would get lost in, find our hearts in and finally become one in.
The woods like a deep blue dark ocean of emotions, where we would share ours together.
I would protect her, even if my life depended on it.
She meant more to me than I could say...
Rose took hold of my hand smiling at me, for a moment my face showed a sad expression. I was truly sad I hadn't met her before. Then she dragged me  out ready for an adventure...
