|| Your P.O.V. ||
I woke up with a huge head ache, my vision blurred a bit,
What the heck happened...?
I recall myself going into the forest, "Ah, Y/N, you're awake" I heard a male voice say, I rubbed my eyes and I saw Gene. I had noticed his attire changed to a more suitable armour, no longer red, plain medal.
"Gene, what happened? We were just in---..." I paused because I couldn't think of where we were, I had a sudden small head ache, "What were you saying?" Gene asked, "I-I... I don't know.." I said looking down.
"Y/N, we have keep moving" He said, I nodded as we started to run through the forest once again, I still had tons of questions about the Lady Irene dream I had.
Who's future Irene?
Why was I there?
Does Irene have me mistaken?
What did she mean by go talk to her?
It made no sense... I walk in front of Gene, "Hey.. Gene.. Do you know any descendants of Lady Irene?" I asked. Gene looked shocked, "Yeah.. Why?"
"I was just.. curious.." I replied.
Gene looked at me, I looked back at him, we stopped walking, just staring, staring at each other's eyes. Something about Gene.. It's just.. Something.. I felt my face heat up, "Y/N.. You're beautiful you know that.." Gene said making me blush even more, "Heh.. T-Thanks.." Gene moved the hair that was hanging in front of my head covering my eyes to behind my ear.
I leaned towards his face, tippy toeing since I was short, he leaned towards me, my hands on his chest, our noses touching. Our lips so close together..
I heard a gallop from behind us, it then turned to multiple gallops, I turn to see that there was men, men and horses, they were heading towards us.
I took Gene's hand and started running, we got a bit ahead, Gene stopped and pulled me through the forest.
We kept running, then, we saw light, we ran towards the light, it looked like it was getting further the more we ran closer to it.
We came to the light and it revealed a beautiful meadow, there was a little pond, glorious looking willows laying over the sparkling waters, it was like heaven.
I came to the pond and knelt on my knees, I cup my hands and get some of the water, washing my face, I look to my right seeing that Gene has done the same.
It was getting dark and sun was soon to set, I look up at the willow tree to the left of me, I climb it. As I reach the top I stare at the glittering sun in front of me.
"Nice view?" Gene asked, I nodded, Gene climbed up as well and sat next to me. I leaned on his shoulder, he put his arm around me. I felt safe in his arms, I slowly closed my eyes and then I felt something tap my forehead. I sleep in Gene's arms.
|| Gene's P.O.V.||
So.. Stunning..
I thought as I watched Y/N sleep, "Who am I kidding.. She'll never fall for me..." I mumbled to myself. I put my head on Y/N's and keep watch in case something happens.
