Night soon fell, Cynthia and Matthew were so tired. Cynthia groaned, "Where are we right now, Matthew..?" Matthew yawned,

"I honestly don't know." Cynthia stopped. "What." Cynthia said, "You don't know where WE ARE??"

Matthew shook his head, "Nope." Cynthia stared at him, ".. Are you serious?" she started to laugh, "We were here for hours, and YOU being our guide, WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHERE WE ARE?!" she laughed some more.

"Classic, Matthew, please stop with the joke."

Matthew, being a bit frightened said, "I uh.. I'm not joking Cynthia. I honestly don't know where we are.." the two fell silent.

Cynthia walked to a nearby tree and sat down, Matthew following close behind and sat next to her. "So uh.. We're lost, aren't we Matthew?" Cynthia said, calmly.

Matthew silently nodded his head. Cynthia stayed quiet, and laid her head on Matthew's shoulder. Matthew jumped slightly at the sudden move, and sighed. "I'm sorry, Cynthia.."

Cynthia smiled, "It's fine, Matthew. I forgive you, this is fun, nothing like my life back home." she looked up at Matthew, and smiled at him.

Matthew gave her a sad smile, "How is your life.. Normally, of course." Cynthia stayed quiet, looking at the grass. "You can say that it isn't.. Fair. Heh, I sound like everything should be fair, but.. My life, was just.. Not meant to be happy all the time. There were not happy moments.."

Matthew nodded, "How are you so happy- oh, pardon me, I apologize.." Cynthia chuckled, "I try my best to be positive all the time.." her face fell, ".. Even in the darkest of days.." she hugged her knees up to her chest and sighed.

A few minutes passed as this silence gave peace to one another. The sounds of the wind mixed with the smell of ponds and rivers. The wind making both their hair dance, the silence fell short when Cynthia stood up.

"I guess we should get going. Maybe we can find our way back if we fly? Well, you." she points out. Matthew agreed, "Yeah, that could perhaps be better." they smiled.

Matthew approached her, and one hand snaked around her waist, while the other held her hand. She blushed as he whispered, "Hold on." then they flew.
