I was conscious, but my eyes wouldn't open. Voices were all around me, echoing around the seemingly endless void. The only voice I could recognise was Yoongi's, and he sounded worried.

"Is she alright? Please tell she's alright. It's just a sprain, right? Answer me!"

He was shouting, and as his voice grew louder a squeezing on my hand got tighter.

He was holding my hand.

The other voices diet down, and me and Yoongi were left alone. I was beginning to feel more alive, and knew that I would be able to move soon.

He was still holding my hand, and his voice was whispering in my ears, soothing me.

"Hey, Y/N, is OK now, he's gone. I put him in his place... The police have taken him into custody."

He went silent for a bit.

"Please, just wake up so I can see you smile..."

He sounded like he was crying.

It was then that I realised I could move. The prison I had been locked in was taken away, and my eyes opened.

The first thing I saw was Yoongi's face, wet with tears. His normally emotionless eyes were bloodshot and scared, while his perfect skin was sweating, giving his complexion a measly appearance.

The moment my eyes opened, he noticed. He smiled through tears, not necessarily looking very attractive by doing so.

"Y/N... You woke up.. I.. I was so worried!" he said weakly, and I found his hand to give it a reassuring squeeze.

"Are you OK? Last I saw, you were punching my dad..." I asked, checking his face for impurities.

"You- You're asking if I'm OK? You're the one who's been unconscious for nearly three days because of that bastard."

"Wha- Three days?! I've been out for three days?!" I shouted, sitting up quickly, causing a head rush.

"Hey, calm down... Just take it easy, please... Don't want you getting hurt anymore, know do we?" Yoongi said, pushing me down slightly with one hand.

"Right... Uh, Yoongi, can you get me some water..? I haven't drunk anything in the days after all.." I asked, grinning weakly.

"Oh! Right, yeah... I'll be right back!" he aid, scrambling to get out of the room.

Soon after, the door opened to reveal a doctor, dressed in white and with brown hair.

"Hello, Miss L/N. I'm your doctor, but you can call me Jin. We like to be as friendly as possible with our patients."

"Heh, well hi Jin." I said, smiling.

"It's good to see you've woken up; you took a bit longer than normal and we were worried for a bit," he spoke, "Your vitals are all good, but you had a snapped tendon in your leg. We fixed that while you were out cold."

I nodded, only stopping when Yoongi tumbled back in with a glad of water in his hand.

He looked at Jin, working his way around him and toward me.

"I'm sorry, sir, but visiting hours are over."

"I'm not any old visitor. And I'm staying. You can get security if you want but I ain't budging."

He handed the drink to me.

"You've done, haven't you? Leave." Yoongi said, gesturing toward the door behind Jin.

"There's still a check up I must perform, for which you will have leave the room." Jin replied, his face calm.

"Geez. I'll be right outside, then. The moment you're done I'm coming back in, though." Yoongi said, backing of of the room.

I drank my drink, quenching my thirst.

"Is he your boyfriend?" Jin asked, or of the blue.

"Wha- No! He's just my friend!" I says, blushing slightly.

"Well he's very protective for a friend. You should keep him around; despite his attitude with me, he clearly has some kind of want to be with you."

I nodded, still blushing.

Jin left and Yoongi came in. We talked for nearly an hour, Yoongi taking anything I'd missed and more.

It felt good talking to him.

Like he was that missing piece; the only thing I needed to achieve happiness.

But that sounds all lovey-dovey.
