I woke up to see Herminoe looking over me.

"Woah, there. A bit too close there." I said and Hermione just smiled.

"Well, you were a bit distant yesterday and you were being protective about something in your pocket and I wanted to find out." I jumped and Hermione got a fright and looked at we strangely. I got my robes and changed out of my PJs and to my robes. I could hear Hermione sigh.

"It seems like we aren't friends anymore since you are being protective over something and you aren't telling me what." Hermione said looking sad and I sighed. I took out the ring that Snape gave me and showed it to her.

"Wow. Who gave you this?" She asked being intrigued.

"Snape did. And don't say anything. He said that my parents gave it to him to give to me or something like that." I explained and Hermione looked at me weirdly.

"Oh, ok. Lets go and have some breakfast." She said and went out of the room and I followed her to the Great Hall. When I went in all the people in my potions class looked at me and whispered something to the next person they sat next to. It felt really awkward so I just ignored them and sat next to a random person.

"Hey, are you She asked me and I nodded while eating my breakfast and she smiled.

"I am Janet Parksons I am in the same year as you and as you can see same house." She said sweetly and took out her hand for me to shake and I did and smiled. We talked a lot and I got to know more about her and we laughed a lot.

"Hey, Lucy." I turned around to see Harry standing there with Ron.

"Yes?" I said and I could tell that Harry looked worried.

"Well... I just want to say thank you for yesterday." He said and just walked away and I could hear sighs and little laughs and I just ignored them. It was nearly time for the next class and I hurried along to the next class. It was Potions.

"Oh, great." I thought in my mind and I walked into the classroom a bit early.

"Umm... Professor Snape." I said and he turned around and looked angry but when he probably saw me and turned that angry looking expression into a nice one.

"Oh.. Lucy, what are you doing here?" He asked and I got into my pocket and took out the ring and showed it to him.

"This ring. Why did my parents give it to you when they could of gave it to my parents that I have right now?" I asked and I could see his face twitch.

"You will find out very soon Lucy. Now class is about to start so why don't you sit down." He said sweetly so I did and class started and all my classmates came in to their seats.

"Well class. Hoe you had a fun time but time for learning." He said.

"Back to his "normal self" I see." I thought in my head and I just listened to the lesson and I was so bored.

I was so happy when class ended and I could just relax but still going to the next classes.

Janet Parksons- She is in Gryffindor and right now a first year. She has light brown eyes and blonde hair. She seems nice in the outside but she can manipulate you and lie to you. She will blackmail you and I know what you are thinking "Why isn't she in Slytherin?" The reason is that all her family were Gryffindor so the Sorting Hat just out her in Gryffindor just for that reason.
