"What's your favorite go-to fast food restaurant?" Jimmy asked, walking down the corridor with Carmen

"I don't know. I rarely eat fast food 'cause my mom always said 'we got food at home'."

Carmen can hear Jimmy chuckled but she's dead serious about it

"Then you gotta try the pizza here, it's pretty good. No microwaved foods or deep-fried." Jimmy said while keeping his eyes on the floor

"Jimmy, what is she doing here?" A woman stopped them from walking to the teachers' section of the canteen

"Oh, she's my student. Don't worry, she wouldn't do anything stupid." Jimmy abruptly laid his hand on Carmen's shoulder

"Go ahead then." Jessica squints her eyes furiously, she got her eyes on Carmen

Jimmy nod, he tighten the grip on Carmen's shoulder and scan the whole place for empty seats

"Find us seats, I'll get foods." Jimmy pat Carmen's back before walking away

"Fuck."

Carmen cussed out when a familiar face can be seen across the place

"Justin..?" She shook her head in disbelief, she was shocked to see her next door neighbor is eating with a teacher too

Before thinking any further, Carmen decided to ignore him and begin to find seats.

After a few minutes of staring at Justin, finally Jimmy snapped Carmen out of her pointless thought

"Here, I got you spaghetti and the delicious pizza." Jimmy placed a huge tray of foods

"God, I really want to eat like a pig right now" Carmen said without thinking twice

"Enjoy." Jimmy put the tray to the empty table next to them

Carmen took a bite of the pizza and scream internally when she finally got to eat something good

"It's not bad." She said before finishing a slice of pizza

"Don't lie, I know you're hiding your feeling right now" Jimmy chuckled before taking a sip of his orange juice

"You got me. I love it."

While Carmen is expressing her love for the pizza, Jimmy was staring at her with full of admiration in his eyes.
