I woke to my phone going off, it was mark texting me. It said,

Mark:  hey (y/n) it's Mark, good morning.I was wondering if you would like to go get some coffee or something?

You:  I would love that. What time?

Mark: whenever your ready.we could meet at star bucks, if you want.

You: Sounds great, I'll see you there.

You put your phone in your back pocket.

Your P.O.V

Ok, so I have to take a shower and get dressed. I turned the water on letting it warm up, I got undressed and got in the shower. When I was taking a shower, I got dressed in blue ripped jeggings,with a black short sleeve shirt with a jacket. (Jeggings are jeans and leggings put together) I brushed my hair and texted Mark.

hey, I'm leaving my apartment now, see you there

I got in my car and left.when I got there Mark was standing there waiting for me. I got out of my car and shut the car door. " hey Mark" I said with a smile on my face. "Hey (y/n). Want to go inside?"Mark said with smile on his face. "Yeah,come on". Mark and I went inside, got a coffee and sat at the a buth. "So, the reason why I asked you here is because I wanted to get to know you" Mark said. "Well I'm 19,I went to a university in New York and I just moved here and I have a friend that lives here, what adout you? " I asked him with a smile on my face. "I'm 26, I play video games for a living and I've live in LA for a while now" mark said taking a sip of his coffee.

"Wow, playing video games for a living must be awe-" I got cut off by my phone ringing. I looked at it... it was Jessie. I answered it, " Hey babe what are you doing?" Jessie said. "Jessie go away, you hurt me and I don't want to see you ever again" I said as I hung up the phone. I looked back at Mark, I could tell the was worried. "Who was that?" Mark asked. "That was jessie, he's my ex. He's way I left new York mostly..." I said looking down. "This may not be my bisness but way did you leave him?" Mark asked and I could tell that he wanted to know. "Long story short, he abused me in everyway and  I had enough" I said taking a sip of my coffee. "That must have sucked being in a relationship like that" mark said looking at the time. It did, " well, you want to come to my house?" Mark asked with a smile on his face. "Yeah, sure" we got up and went to marks car. I could just get mine later. We left for his house and I was so excited!
