I wish you were here
I wish you were real
I wish you would smile at me
And say that no matter what
"I'll always be with you ,
I'll hold you in my arms ,
I'll hide you in my heart ."
But , you're not here
You're not real
I'll never see you smile
I'll never feel your touch
Soft , gentle yet firm, strong
Keeping me alive and sane
I'll never see your eyes shine
Like a emerald in a bright morning sun
I'll never run my hands through your hand
Dark as moonless night
Soft as silk
You're long gone
Leaving me alone
But yet I feel your touch
In the rays of the sun
I feel your presence
In my soul and my heart
