The Ride

      "Schyler!" Aunt Mary yelled. Schyler ran to the column of 9 and 3/4. Shelby was waiting impatiently, looking for Emily, her friend. Schyler was also anxiously looking for Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Schyler's other friends, Abram and Sam. "Schyler!" Said a happy fifth year. "Hey Sam!" Schyler yelled back. Schyler said as he and Sam looked toward the left. Finally they came, Hermione tagging along behind. "Come on, you don't want to be late!" Aunt Mary reminded the anxious teenagers. Abram arrived, walking with his mom, Mrs. Danielson. Sam, Schyler, Shelby, and Abram all walked through the barrier. Arriving on the other side, they could smell the sweet aroma of the train's steam. "Hey, there's Harry and Ron!" Abram exclaimed. Sure enough, they were standing there, by the train. "Oi! There you are!" Said Ron. "We've been waiting for you," said Harry. The train's whistle blew. " We better board!" Abram said.
They boarded and went down the train, to a compartment, as Ron and Hermione went to the prefect's compartment. Shelby and Emily went to a different one. "Hey, Abram, learned any more curses?" Asked Schyler. "Yeah. There's this one called eat slugs." He answered. "Ron told us that one." Harry said. "Oh yeah," Abram said, trying to remember a different one.

"Guys, guess who's a Slytherin prefect." Said an angry Ron as he and Hermione entered the compartment for a while. "Malfoy!" Said an even angrier Hermione. "Ugh," sighed Harry. "Now we'll all be getting in trouble by Malfoy for no reason!" Said Sam angrily. "Exactly!" Said Hermione. "Have you told Shelby and Emily yet?" Asked Schyler. "Yes, and they're just as angry." Said Hermione. "Well, at least we all know that Malfoy sucks at Quidditch," said Schyler. "Yeah," agreed Harry, Sam, and Abram, who all played for the Gryffindor Quidditch team, Schyler, Abram, and Sam playing chasers, and Harry, of course, playing seeker. "Well, it'll be a long year," Schyler said.
