Ok so only one person voted but twelve views so I'm just going to go with the one. You should have voted. But the winner is Kim Wolf. If you don't know who that is the go back to my note. Well this is the chapter so good luck and please don't kill me. You'll understand at the end.

Katie's POV:

I was walking to the strawberry fields. I was leader of Demeter cabin. I loved the garden. It was calming and real not fake like other people. Cough Drew cough. I have been at the camp for several years now and was about eighteen years old. My hair grew out and I got a tan. I was one of the best fighters here too.

Speaking of which I had to train in the arena after and hour in the strawberry fields.

And I think I had it with the Hermes cabin, great. Sure you think because of the first few chapters me and Travis would be best of friends. NOPE! More like enemies. He pranks me I hurt and insult him and back to the beginning. Never ending war. Many times we were given kitchen duty but we never talked. I hated Travis Stoll.

It was about fifteen minutes before I had to be at the arena so I decided to finish up early. I walked out and started to train early. I had a sword and was hitting a dummy think it was Travis. Can you blame me he has tortured me for years. I am starting to think he and the dummy were related. I heard thunder across the sky. Oops sorry.

I was so concentrated on my training I didn't know someone had come in.

"Great form but your blade is unbalanced and isn't good enough or even quick enough to be used this way." said someone behind me.

I spun around and put the sword to a guy's throat. He looked at me with a smirk with his hands held up in surrender.

"Who are you?" I asked keeping my sword at his throat.

He had brown hair and blue eyes. No he was not Travis but he was cute. His hair was lighter and wasn't curly. His eyes were a lighter blue that Travis' too. I think he had come to camp a year or two ago.

"Well I'm Kim Wolf, son of Hephaestus. Also very skilled at knowing weapons and machines. So please let me help. Can't have a young lady getting killed because she didn't listen to a brilliant young man." He smiled pushing the sword away from his throat with one finger.

I smirked,"And how is this young man supposed to save me about spilling out what my sword is feeling like some sword whisper."

He shrugged," It's unbalanced. Easily fixed. You just to have to hold it a curtain way to get more power. Oh and in about a week the metal will rust. How was that for a sword whisper."

I laughed and held out my hand," Katie Gardner and you Kim are pretty funny. Does it run in the family of something?"

He shook me hand and said," No just been hanging out with Leo too much."

We laughed and it felt good I hadn't laughed in awhile.

"Do you want me to show you how your suppose to hold a sword like this?" He said nodding to my sword.

"Yup I don't want to die anytime soon."

We laughed some more. He grabbed the sword and grabbed my hand and put it on a specific place on the handle. He left my hand there and grabbed my other and placed it in a weird place but the surprising thing is the sword did fell lighter and easier to swing but not to light. It was perfect. I revised he was still behind me as he pulled my sword back with me and swung at the dummy. It split in half. Before he left he made the sword last more than a week until rust came it would rust when ever I died how cool is that. Like I said perfect.

Travis's POV:

I was listening to a song on my way to the arena. I couldn't wait to see her. We weren't friends but we did know each other by um how do I say this um pranks.

I tried so hard to get Katie out of my mind but I never could. Conner started dating Miranda not long ago and that left me and Katie. I still like her. There I said it and I wanted to tell her today. I knew she gets to the arena before everyone else so I decided to tell her then. 

The song was giving a little courage to me to actually tell her. I finally got to the arena and about killed someone. Kim Wolf was all over Katie. He was holding her sword and her hand showing how she should hold it. Barf. She holds it just fine with those beautiful hands she has. He then grabbed the other. Then helped her swing and then the dummy was in too pieces. I hope Katie doesn't use that on me.

The song was still playing through my earbuds. They hadn't seen me yet so that was amazing. I turned straight around and walked off before anyone could see me. Great a nice and beautiful girl has more than one admirer. 

We'll now that I think about it it makes since. She hates me and insults me. She was kind and beautiful no gorgeous no not that one either. She was down right Aphrodite in demigod form. 

I heard thunder rumble. Sorry I didn't mean to insult Katie like that. More thunder but way louder. Ok I'm done.

Katie didn't deserve me. No matter how hard I denied it though. I loved her and she hates me witch is understandable. I prank her for attention from her but it all goes wrong. I pick on her. I was afraid of being just friends with her so I decided to just be someone with that got her attention. Ya don't do that guys it obviously don't work. She falls for a Hephaestus kid. He had looks and was nice but me what do I got. Pranks that all. What did I have to offer her. He could make her anything and I could do nothing but prank.

I went to the one person that knows her best. Miranda. Oh Olympus help she was almost like all the gods in one. Fangirl like Aphrodite. Tricky like Hermes. Loves nature like Demeter. Athena's wisdom. Ares rage and I have only heard runmmrs about that and MORE.

I really need to get Katie to like me so I hope her sister has anything I can use to win her over. Doubt it though. She hates my guts.

AN:

Aww. Poor Travis. He is lossing the love of his life.-small tear falls- Don't kill me it's something to keep you into the story. Plus everyone I think will agree with me when I say it was painful to write this. TRATIE MUST LIVE. But I need something bad to happen and I picked it to happen to Katie since she is better. Duh. I wounded what Travis will do though and if you are wondering what song Travis was listening to it's at the top. If you listen to the lyrics is beautiful. I shed a tear just thinking about Travis singing it to Katie.
