Winter's wind flows through my hair
Snow blows silently through the air
The thoughts of spring are afar
For winter keeps you frozen in my heart
Your gentle touch remains on my skin
reminding me of what you looked like then
That unforgiving night you told me goodbye
And walked out the door into the night
I waited for you into the spring
Through summer and fall your presence was lingering
Had I known that would be your last night
I would have held you close one last time
Though your not in person with me now
I know you watch me from the clouds
And the picture I still hold of you
reminds me love is infinite, and ours is true
I know someday we'll be together
A love like ours will last forever
With love and absolutely no regrets
