Chapter Three

Chandler's POV

I don't know why... But I did it. I knew that Ali and Sam were dating. I kissed her on the cheek.

"Chandler! Stop!" She yelled.

I tried to pull away, but my body wouldn't let me. I loved her too much. I kissed her on the lips.

"Chandler!!!" She screamed now. I whipped myself away from her and ran off.

So many things were going through my mind.

Why did I do that?

I'm so stupid.

She'll never like me.

Sam is perfect.

I'm not.

I can't believe I did that!

I slapped myself in all of the confusion. But apparently too hard because I fell to the ground in pain.

I'm such a wimp.

"Chandler!" Ali ran up to me and put my head in her lap and she sat down next to me.

"Why are you helping me?" I asked. I felt so stupid for doing all of that to her.

She shrugged and smiled at me. She had the most beautiful smile. I put my hand on her cheek. I realized that I was doing it again so I started to pull away.

"No." She said. She took my hand and held it lightly on her cheek. I smiled. She kissed me on the hand and helped me up. I put my arm around her to help me catch my balance.

"Chandler!" It was Sam.

Sam's POV

I picked out some roses for Ali. I loved her, and I wanted to surprise her, so I started to walk to her dorm.

I was shocked. Chandler, my best friend, had his arm around my girlfriend. "Chandler!" I shouted.

He looked scared. I dropped the flowers and started walking towards him angrily.

"Sam stop!" Ali yelled.

I kept on walking.

Ali's POV

"Sam!" I was scared. He looked angry. No, furious. I moved away from Chandler and ran in front Sam. I held onto his chest, clinging to him. Begging him to stop. A tear rolled down my cheek.

"Sam... Please." I whimpered. He threw me aside and I let out a scream.

I ran and picked up the flowers. One of my tears fell on a petal. The flowers were beautiful.

Sam pushed Chandler down. "How could you?!?" He shouted.

"Sam! Stop!!" I screamed at him. I darted to him and flew my head to his, my lips pressing his as hard as they could. I clung to him again. I'm never going to let go. I put my hands on his cheeks. Something wasn't right.

Sam's POV

No way was I going to kiss back! She betrayed me! I looked at her as she fell onto me after I walked away.

"Sam! Please!!!" She shouted as loud as she could, sobbing too.

"Chandler..." I looked at him disappointedly and just walked away.

Without even looking back, I said, "Oh yeah. And Ali, we're through."
