When the dead began to rise, Dante Salvatore and his best friend Lorraine made their way towards Atlanta. However, the city was bombed— and they joined up with a small group of survivors instead. They thought it was safe there, at their little camp. They couldn't have been more wrong.
Dante begins to realize that, when in a world like his, its necessary to do harsh things in order to survive. But, instead of just surviving, he ends up losing himself.
