Parents And Him (15)

Max P.O.V-

Just as Damien is about to open the door I grab his hand shouting "WAIT" he looks at me startled "What what is it?" he rushes out "Do I have to hide my ears?" he calms down "No its perfectly fine. Don't be so nervous they will love you I promise" I take a deep breath "Okay open the door then"

He opens it and like last time a girl jumps on him she is older then Danielle though. "Mom get off me. I love you but it hasn't been that long" she still wouldn't let go.

A man came in looking like an older Damien must be his dad at least i know he will be good looking when he is old. The man grabs the women pulling her off Damien "Honey your embarrassing the poor boy"

"I haven't seen him in a month" Damien rolls his eyes pulling his dad in a hug "hey dad how are you?" his dad sighs "you know how it is dealing with your mom" she gasps loudly smacking his chest and he smiles at her "I still love you honey" now she rolls her eyes.

"Now where is your mate?" both his parents look at him. I didn't even realize I was hiding behind Damien until he grabs my hand pulling my body in front of him. They are staring at me and I blush hiding my face in Damien's chest.

"Aww he is so adorable" his mom gushes

"Yea he is just shy" Damien chuckles putting his one hand on my waist and the other on my head "Say hi kitten" he whispers in my ear.

I peak my head out looking at them "hello" I say just loud enough for them to hear.

"Hi darling my name is June and this is my husband Daniel" she smiles lightly "but you can call us mom and dad since you are part of the family now"

We hear another knock on the door and there is Danielle with a man. Who is he? Damien bends telling me "That's Luke my Beta and best friend my sisters mate" he then says out loud "Come on everyone lets eat the food is getting cold" we head into the kitchen with me and Damien sitting next to each other. His parents sat across from us and Luke and Danielle sitting next to them.

"This is really good Damien like always" Luke says making a conversation

"Max helped make it" Damien says with what sounded like pride.

"I didn't do much" I mumble

"How did you guys meet?" it was his dad who spoke

Damien looks at me silently asking if its okay to say "I was homeless and he actually rescued me from getting beat up in an alley that I was staying at for the night" I say bravely

"Good he found my soon to be brother in law then" Danielle said

The rest of the night was filled with conversations and laughter. Soon like every other day it came to an end and we went to bed.

Damien P.O.V-

As soon as I open it my mother comes flying at me of course. "Mom get off me. I love you but it hasn't been that long" she still wouldn't let go. Of course she won't let go.

My dad steps in grabbing my mom pulling her off of me like a routine "Honey your embarrassing the poor boy" yes you are let go.

I go in to hug my dad "hey dad how are you?" dad just sighs "you know how it is dealing with your mom" my mom gasp loudly before smacking my dad on his chest and I hide my smile "I still love you honey" nice cover dad mom just rolls her eyes.

"Now where is your mate?" both his parents look at me. I just realized that Max went into hiding behind me using my body as a shield. Grabbing his arm I pull him in front of me. My parents look at him and he instead of speaking blushes hiding his face in my chest.

"I didn't do much" he mumbles. I am happy he is joining in on the conversations he seems to becoming more comfortable.
