I know, she has the same name as my other OC. But I don't care! I'm having a hard time trying to think of new names you know?

Name: Victoria Shine

Nicknames: Vi, Tori, Victory

Hero name: Blue Feather

Gender: female

Age: -same as Ladybug-

Relatives: She is a cousin of Lila. Her parent's died when she was just 11 years old and Lila's parents took care of her.

Friends: She doesn't have much friends because everyone thinks she is mean.

Enemies: Marinette/Ladybug (more of frenemies)

Kwami: Ibbon (Filipino word which means bird)

Miraculous Item: The peacock pin thingy

Superhero Clothing: a blue bird mask, a short blue dress, blue leggings, blue gloves, and blue boots

Powers/Ability: flight, agility, speed, and teleportation

Weapon: a wand like baton that looks like a yellow and green flower

Love Interest: Chat Noir

Appearance: wavy, dark brown hair with green and blue highlights

Clothing/Style: A light blue dress, denim cardigan, and black wedges

Personality: easily jealous, bossy, tough and spoiled. But once you get to know her, she actually cares a lot and is sometimes generous.

Additional Information:
Victoria Shine is a spoiled girl. All students in her school is afraid to mess with her. This is why she doesn't have much friends. She may look tough on the outside, but on the inside, she is soft and she kinda feels lonely. She is good at hiding her true feelings and doesn't easily opens up to others. She keeps a lot of secrets in the inside and she is afraid that one day it will all spill out. She has a crush on Chat Noir. But chat noir isn't interested in her because he likes Ladybug. Which is why she isn't a fan of Ladybug that much.

Backstory of how she got her miraculous:
One time, Victoria is walking to school when she saw an old man walking down the street. He looked hungry, so she gave him chocolate croissants for him to eat. When she returned to her bedroom, she was surprised to see a box with a peacock pin inside. She tried it on and Ibon (her kwami appeared). She first rescued a mysterious, cat superhero named Chat noir and he did the same to her when she almost fell down the Eiffel tower. She developed feeling to this Mysterious guy and continued to save people using her superhero identity, Blue Feather. Then blah, blah, blah, the rest is history.
