Hayden's POV

"Yeah..Hmm...Really ?.. oh.." I faked all my interest while listening to her on the phone.

"Yup. Isaac's coming to pick you up... what ? No I don't wanna come.... Fine whatever." Sighing frustratingly, I threw the phone on the bed.

"So your going to pick her up now ?" Isaac asked with his elbows resting on his knees and his hands intertwined together, sitting on the couch.

While I just paced around in the room, he just seemed too engrossed in his thoughts with his eyes closed.

And yes, I paced around because now my foot was fine. Fine enough that I could walk, and that itself was a great thing.

Although I do have to wear crutches for almost a week. But I am pretty fine without it.

"We are going to pick her up." I declared, grabbing a bean bag and sitting on it.

"I don't like her dude. And why is she even coming ?" Isaac whined raking his hand through his hair and shaking his head.

"Skyler isn't a witch, Isaac. She's coming here because she has to attend a business meeting with her dad." I explained earning a scoff from Isaac.

"Oh brother... why are you so blind in realising the fact that she has been coming here only for YOU. She's one heck of a clingy being when it comes to you." I rolled my eyes at him while he continued.

"She has been by your side since high school. She had even declared that you two are official, in front of the whole fucking school when you didn't even propose her.." Seeing this raging side of Isaac is always really surprising. Because most of the time, he is rather playful or stupid as heck. But when he gets serious, theres nothing you can do to prevent him from having a straight face for minutes... yes just MINUTES.

"Cmon.. she's quite supportive. You just don't like her cz' she rejected you at first..." I joked while he just rolled his eyes with a sigh and replied.

"I am pretty lucky I got rejected. I wouldn't actually have known what more of a bitch she was later on. And again, I got rejected because she was so into you."

"But whatever. We are going to pick her up at 2 from the airport." And with saying that, I began thinking of how I could use her in getting my revenge.

"Who let the dogs out.. bow bow bow bow.. Who let the dogs out.." Isaac continued to sing along the song on the radio while I resisted the urge to roll my eyes by focussing on the road in front of me.

I turned off the radio while Isaac still continued singing.

The moment he realised the radio being turned off, he pouted.

"Man I thought I sounded good."

"You may... after a million years or so.." I smirked as I pulled up into a parking spot.

Apparently we were in a airport to pick up our old friend, Skyler, who'd be coming from Australia, as well.

We both got off the car and headed towards the entrance of the airport. We stood at the arrival gate and waited patiently for her. Well, Isaac was waiting rather impatiently but anyway he was left with no choice.
