Rick knew it was going to be bad day alright, when will his luck ever turn around he wondered?
His day started like every other zombie apocalypse day; waking up, grabbing breakfast, grab a quick wash and step outside to the foul smelling, corpse ridden world to yet again steal supplies and kill more walkers.
The search party had gathered together and left at first light with no problems, each one used to the routine (except Michonne who had caught on fast enough), all agreeing to hit a town a few hours out since they had cleared all the closer ones.
The drive went smoothly enough; Rick took to the wheel and Daryl chose shot gun whilst the others were contempt to sit in the back (not that they had any choice with Daryl shooting warning glares at them all) and they made it to town in good time.
Scouring items from several houses went well enough at first, they had come across a few walkers but they were easily taken care of and after a few hours they seemed to have filled the whole trunk of the car which was a first for once. They all decided to head back home when Maggie spoke up about having spotted a supermarket on her hunt and after much debate they ended up heading in that direction.
The doors were chained shut and the windows were all boarded up so it was impossible to take a glance inside, so that left one option, to break in and risk it and that was exactly what they did... None of them knew the trouble they would get into once they entered.

"Seriously man, I have smelt toilets better than this" Glenn whispered earning a few giggles from the others.
"I don't know Glenn, you don't exactly leave the toilets smelling like flowers when you leave them either" Maggie whispered back.
"I second that" came a deep reply from the redneck.
Now that's a sexy whisper Rick thought... Stop it, concentrate!!
"Right, each take a basket and an aisle and see what you can gather and remember to keep an eye out, has everyone got a torch??" Rick asked, gaining nods from everyone before they each separated, Daryl's gaze held a little longer than the others but Rick didn't have time to ponder on that.
Rick crept along the aisle eyeing up what was left on the shelves, to be fair there was quite a bit left, even if he did have the home disposable section, he was sure Carol would be grateful at least. Throwing a few things into his basket Rick spotted Daryl slyly looking him up and down, tracing his tongue across his bottom lip, he knew what the redneck was thinking so he just blew a kiss over to him and carried on scouring, receiving a 'bitch' remark as he went back to work.
"Psst Rick".
Rick was pulled from his thoughts when he noticed a light brush across his face, looking up he noticed Glenn at the end of his aisle telling him to come closer.
"What??" He whispered, gaining the others attention.
"There is something behind that door, and by the looks of it, it won't be standing up for much longer" Glenn pointed to the direction he just came from, and there stood a door almost ajar when a bloodied hand appeared from behind it and the moan of the dead alongside it.
"Shit, come on everyone, we need to get out of here" Rick whispered, but as they turned around to go the way they came in from they noticed walkers gathering up at the door like they had been waiting for them this whole time.
"Fuck" Daryl growled dropping his basket and readying his crossbow.
"Lets go out the back way, I don't know where it leads but its better than staying here" Michonne said as she brandished her sword and with a nod from Rick she lead the way.
Everyone followed the swords-woman through a door which lead to a hallway with a few box rooms leading off of it but none had a way out which lead them further into the building. At the end of the hallway they came to two plastic doors which were hanging off its hinges, Rick nodded his head at Michonne when she gave him a questioning gaze and they all pushed through.
It was pitch black in this room making the four occupants use their torches to look around, noticing it was a big storage room, almost warehouse like, Glenn had stepped forward to look for a way out when his foot knocked a stray can making it roll into a metal shelf creating a loud bang that reverberated around the large room.
Suddenly the replied sound turned out to be more moans from the dead, but this time there were way too many for them to handle, Rick knew he wouldn't survive this with the sheer number they faced so the best he could do was distract the dumb herd.
"You guys head for the exit whilst I distract them" Rick said looking for a place to hide after.
"Are you insane Rick, we will all leave here together" Maggie replied.
"Look at the situation Maggie, there is too many of them, now go, bring back up" he insisted.
"Rick's right, Ill stay with him, two is better than one, now go" Daryl said as he walked away from the group shouting out to distract the walkers.
The others nodded leaving Rick to follow after Daryl, whom lead them around a few shelves and to a janitors cupboard in the back, thankfully it was unlocked and as Rick squeezed through the door he noticed the others leave through the exit before the dead swarmed the cupboards door forcing him and Daryl to push shelves against it to keep it shut.
"Well that was smart" Rick breathed out, leaning over with his hands on his knees trying to get his breath back.
"It was better than standing around talk'n right".
"Yeah I give you that, well..." Rick looked around the barren room noticing a tatty worn couch in the far corner, "it's not the worse place we could have ended up, at least we have something to sit on".
"Yeah lets see what makes us ill faster, the germs off the couch or the walkers" Daryl said pulling a huge piece of cloth down from a shelf that had dried paint stains on and threw it over the couch for some kind of protection.
"Well the others won't be back for a while, what shall we do in the mean time?" Rick pondered.
"Oh I can think of a few things to do Rick" Daryl said with a huge grin plastered on his face.
"I-Spy??" He asked innocently.
"Oh I will I-spy you in a minute Grimes" Daryl growled as he leapt across the couch and pushed Rick down, crawling fully over him.
"I like this game" Rick purred as he wrapped his arms round the back of Daryl's neck and pulled him down for a smooth and sensual kiss.
