*time skip to a month later bc I have an actual idea for this*
Patting my growing stomach, I smiled at myself in the mirror. I watched as Ciel walked across the room behind me, doing who knows what as we prepared for a trip to the doctors, then after to visit my father and tell him the good news. "Ciel," I said turning around.
"Hm," he questioned looking up, curiosity shining in his visible eye.
"What are you doing?"
"Just making sure everything's in order before we leave. Who knows what the servants will do with us gone." Giggling, I walked over to my lover.
"You do know Sebastian is capable of that, right?"
"Of course I do. However I would prefer to be prepared." Smiling, I shook my head and wrapped my arms around my husbands neck. "You don't have to be so nervous. Everything will be fine," I finished leaning my forehead against his. He sighed, and I watched as his cheeks grew slightly pink. "What if the doctor says there's something wrong with the baby, or- or your father gets mad and thinks I'm not good enough for you? What if-"
"Ciel," I said cutting him off. "Everything will be fine with the baby, and so long as we're married my dad wont mind us having children." He bit his lip and looked down at the small area of ground that could be seen between us. Sighing, he placed his hands on his hips and kissed me. "Alright. Are you ready to go," he asked, his eye flicking back and forth between the two of mine.
"I've been ready," I chuckled. He smiled, and clasped our hands together as we started to walk out to our carriage. When we reached the steps, I realized just how hard moving around was going to get the bigger the baby grew. Finally reaching the carriage, I leaned against Ciel's shoulder. He smiled, and leaned his head on mine. I watched the scenery pass by, as we made our way to the doctors office. Feeling the carriage come to a stop, I looked over to the spotless building I had assumed was the doctors building. Nudging Ciel, I watched as he sat up and rubbed his eye. He glanced over and saw that we had arrived at the doctor's. His eyebrows contorted into a frown, and his eyes flicked between the building, my eyes, and my stomach. I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him, saying, "I love you Ciel, and this baby is going to be fine. Now lets go in before we're late." He sighed as I let my hand drop to his and pulled him behind me to get out of the carriage.
*timeskip to the last of the appointment*
"The baby is progressing nicely, but I would like you to come in monthly to make sure everything is ok until the baby is born. We wont know the gender of the child until you've given birth, however I recommend you think of names for both sexes that you would like to choose from." Nodding, I looked over at Ciel who seemed slightly less nervous hearing what the doctor had to say. Walking out of the building, I said, "Are you ready to go tell my father the good news?"
Letting out a shakey breath he said, " I guess."
